Juana what a terribly boring film. I'm sorry but this is absolutely not deserving of best picture and will be forgotten quickly. Entertaining and engaging cinema? No. Nothing performances with flat faces and mistaking silence for subtlety.

Curt Watching it is like watching the spectacle of a class clown at their best: you laugh at their jokes, instigate their defiance, and "ooooh" when they get in trouble.

jbthomas46 Street Legal would have to be one of New Zealands most successful dramas - up there with the likes of Shortland Street (in its tenth year). It is currently in its third season and judging by the ratings it has given the TV2 Network there will be more to come. The popularity of the show could be because the main character in the show (Jay Laga'aia) was in the hit Aussie drama Water Rats, but overall Street Legal is a very well acted and well written drama.
