Catangro After playing with our expectations, this turns out to be a very different sort of film.

Kaelan Mccaffrey Like the great film, it's made with a great deal of visible affection both in front of and behind the camera.

Quiet Muffin This movie tries so hard to be funny, yet it falls flat every time. Just another example of recycled ideas repackaged with women in an attempt to appeal to a certain audience.

lisafordeay Unstable is a TV thriller moving starring Manny Dearest's Ashley Scott and tells the story of a divorced woman who is living in a new neighbood as she is set to divorce her husband. She meets a man named Nick Reese who is the perfect man and she starts to have an interest in him and decides to let him stay in with her. But is Nick all he says he is. Overall it wasn't a bad film and I could tell by a mile away what was going to happen.

kapelusznik18 ***SPOILERS*** Leggy Christine "Chris" March, Ashley Scott, wants to get back as a real-tor and support both herself and 9 year old son Oliver, Max Charles, with her husband Jason, George Newbern, about to be cut loose by her in divorce proceeding after she caught him with his pants down in bed with another woman. Getting handsome former soccer player Nick Reese,Ivan Sergel, to stay in her guest house and keep Oliver company seemed a good idea at first but with somebody stalking her it made it even more important to have a man in the house to protect her and her son.Things get so out of hand that Chris goes to the local police for help from this faceless stalker who at one point tried to run Nick over and succeeded in putting Chris' friend and co-worker Eric, Jay Pickett,in the hospital in a hit and run outside his place of business.***SPOILER*** As the truth soon comes out Nick-the caretaker-is nothing what he seems to be. He's an ex-con who's in fact working with Chris' shyster husband Jason to get her to stop divorce proceeding against him. Nick not being the schmuck that Jason plays him for soon turns the tables on him by, his favorite way of doing someone, in running him down when he refuses to play along with him, in wanting the lion's share of Chris' money, and dumping him-After he murdered Jason- and his car down a cliff to look like an accident.***SPOILERS*** It's later that Chris realizes what a dangerous and unstable person that Nick is who also kills his good friend and employer car mechanic Carl, Scott Anthony Leet, for trying to talk some sense into his thick skull. Now with the jig being up and Nick being exposed as a dangerous and murderous nut case he kidnaps Oliver and holds him hostage until his mom-Chris- empties out her bank account and give him the cash he needs to escape justice. Even here Nick royally screws himself up with Chris getting the jump and gun on him and all his crying and whimpering in making himself look like a total jerk, to get sympathy in showing what a helpless & harmless fool he is , doesn't help him one bit.

ivegonemod This movie kept me on my feet, I really didn't guess what was going on. I've seen a lot of Ivan's movies and he is always so good, as he is here. Obviously the leading lady always falls for the con just as the con knows she will. That's no different from any other movie though. There are some predictable moments in the movie, you see it coming a mile away. The movie was so good that I really didn't mind overlooking the clichéd scenes. The acting from some of the characters could use a little help, but with all that said this is still an enjoyable suspense filled movie that I couldn't wait to see what would happen next. A good Saturday night thriller.

Joycey Joyce Is it just something about Lifetime movies that the parents usually are well-off and have big houses? Ahem, anyhow, it's something about Ashley Scott that just makes you like and respect her as an actress and a woman. The movie has recently divorced mother, Christine (Ashley), who is now on shaky terms with her ex-husband, Jason (Ivan). Christine meets Nick Reese (George Newbern) at a park like event and they seem to connect, having similar love lives, as both their exes seemingly cheated on them. Christine soon invites him to live in her guest house, something that angers both her ex husband and one of her male partners (Jay Pickett) at work. Right here is where you see that there is a would-be unnecessary love triangle. It is revealed that Nick is a conman who is hired and was represented by Christine's ex husband the attorney. Jason is hoping to prove Christine an unfit guardian and have full custody turned over to himself. Nick starts to thinking, hey, this may not be right and things take a turn for the worst, leading Nick to run over Eric (which later gives away his persona), take Christine's son hostage, shoot his ex- prison mate and murder Jason. (in no chronological order, of course). I think Lifetime should use the term 'Crime Drama' loosely, as most of the thinking is done for you and they give you a glimpse into Nick's true doings too soon, in my opinion. Also, you would think these people would learn how to hold onto a gun by now.
