Synopsis

Set in 2050, Kong becomes a wanted fugitive after wrecking havoc at Alcatraz Island’s Natural History and Marine Preserve. What most humans on the hunt for the formidable animal don’t realize, though, is that Kong was framed by an evil genius who plans to terrorize the world with an army of enormous robotic dinosaurs. As the only beast strong enough to save humanity from the mechanical dinos, Kong must rely on the help of three kids who know the truth about him.

Sexyloutak Absolutely the worst movie.
xfactor-78139 So the characters aren't the most developed and there's a heavy-handed environmentalist message. WHO CARES? It's a giant bloody monkey, what did you expect? Do you need anything else? One of the last episodes of the recent season involved, no exaggeration, the giant monkey fighting a giant man-cyborg riding a T-rex-pteranodon hybrid in a former amusement park. It's like a Disney XD cartoon, mindless action of the best sort. You need no further explanation, It all boils down to the formula of "Giant Ape beats up dinosaurs and saves the day." There's always something going on onscreen and it did hold my interest pretty well. The characters, while not-well developed, didn't steer away from the action with layers of annoyance and boredom, which I appreciate. All and all, while it's no "Stranger Things" it is entertaining, as long as you don't expect much.
mrsnuke This show looked and sounded like it was created by a couple of 10- year-olds who got their hands on some animation software. The dialogue was trite and clichéd and the plot about as predictable as you could possibly imagine. Add to that the patently obvious and preachy "we must save the environment" message and you have one of the worst animated shows I've ever seen. (And mind you, I'm an environmentalist-- but the heavy-handedness of the messaging was gag-inducing.) I watched this show with my kids because I'm a big fan of Kong in its previous incarnations, but this one was a waste of time. And my kids' complete lack of reaction throughout the entire hour and ten minutes of the premier episode tells me that they agree.
cdcastro-02545 I'm a full grown man and I must say I love this show. It's so sweet, and it is a bit allegorical to what is happening to animals in general now days. The show actually educates a little bit on this, and the vision of the show is the importance of animal conservation. The main character in the show, especially the antagonist, are a bit of stock but it is still a great show. It is also more interactive than other shows with short bonus videos with different endings related to the episodes at the end each one.
piggies-84240 the show can be very cringy at times with the protagonists but the villains are great and make the show really enjoyable to watch. i love botila and i forget that she is a robot, and richard is by far the best character in this show in my opinion. i would love to see richard embark on his own arc and discover why he is so evil. i also really want to see more amy, and hope her character becomes more developed. i really want to see richard and amy to becoming at least friends, and hopefully become lovers, all honesty it would be really cool and it would be an excellent opportunity to see some character growth on them, they are polar opposites after all and just see the chemistry between them. with season 2 confirmed, i cannot wait.
