Simply one of the best scripted and best acted television shows to ever air on basic cable. The amount of passion put on display both from the writers and the cast put viewers into a spellbound experience in which nothing else matters in the runtime of each episode. While it was one of the most depressing things to hear when the final season was announced, the team made a remarkably strong and good decision to end it on their own terms and preserve the story and everything that made it so damn good. I think above all, the chemistry displayed by the core cast and the angst of everyday life in this wonderfully dark world will haunt the viewer in the best way possible. Lastly I feel so appreciative that I experienced this show while growing as a person through my 20s and it will forever hold one of the most dearest places in my heart for everything that it was. Yeah it really did that for me lol Thank you with everything I have to the cast and crew behind this gem.

Let me start off saying that I have never seen the UK version. I was looking through Netflix trying to find something new to watch. I had never heard of "Being Human" so I thought I would check it out. It had me hook line and sinker within the first 10 minutes. The characters were well written, and I enjoyed the story. At least give it a few episodes before you write it off. This show is very much character driven. Also if you are a fan of vampires, werewolves, and ghosts then this show is for you!I think the 3rd Season was by far the best season. All of them were great in their own way, but the 3rd Season had a bit more excitement to it in my opinion. Aidan, Josh, and Sally are like the ultimate trio. Although they do not seem like they would make a great team because of them being so different from each other it is quite the opposite. Their friendship makes them stronger. I will say this. Pay attention to detail when you are watching this show. I do not want to give too much away (SPOILER ALERT) but there is some time traveling involved! I hope you enjoy this Series as much as I did.

At first I wasn't sure if I would like the series judging by the previews but after the very first episode I was hooked.I loved this show,I thought it was fun to watch as well as interesting.I also enjoyed the cast,I think they had great chemistry .I would love to see season 4 released on DVD,I have the other seasons and it would be cool to have the last.I think the fans deserve that.We were blindsided by the way the show ended so abruptly.Is there any site the fans could go to that would give us additional info?I would like the chance to try to find out more about the possible release.I'm sure other fans of the show would like to purchase the final season as well.If there is any possible way for us to have a chance to convince whomever owns the rights to the DVD release I for one would really like to try.

i'm a sucker for supernatural flick. so when i heard about this show, of course i was excited. i watched the first episode and hooked for the rest of the season. the show is not just focusing on supernatural stuff but also relationship, love, friends, and funny stuff too. too bad it ended pretty quick. but perfect ending by the way.i hate it how people always comparing this version with British version. for me, i don't feel the need to compare both show since i watched only US version. but i do think that both version did have its own strengths and weaknesses. so be reasonable when comparing it because the target audience is different for both version.the cast? i love it. i love the main characters. they fit the character really well. bottom line, i really recommend you guys to at least give it a go for this show. watch the first episode, and if you like it, continue watching, if you don't like it, just find other show to watch without spreading your hatred here.
