Nonureva Really Surprised!
NekoHomey Purely Joyful Movie!
StyleSk8r At first rather annoying in its heavy emphasis on reenactments, this movie ultimately proves fascinating, simply because the complicated, highly dramatic tale it tells still almost defies belief.
venk-32140 The person who knows sorrow behind the silence of a person. This movie tell you that if personal life is affected by professional life then he will do his duties without taking care of his life.
raserf Save yourself the trouble and enjoy something else, The story the use of props and stunts all seem out of place unfinished or improperly performed. Seems like the producer run out of money and director out of ides and actors out of talent. Worst Amitabh movie i have seen.Film seems to be lacking in every thing, its a movie just for the sake of it
Tanmay Gupta So this is another charged performance from veteran Bachchan Sir and an equally challenging role portrayed with simplicity by Farhan. The story and narration is quite different from traditional bollywood movies and it dares the other filmmakers in the Bollywood to rethink their understanding of good movies. The movie has very strong characters, twisted plot line and huge expectations as Vidhu Vinod and Amitabh Sir share the credentials. However I think that director was not able to maintain the story with all the weight it got. The ending of movie became very predictable halfway through the story making it just a formality to watch the complete movie. The reference to chess strategies makes the ending more predictable if one has sound knowledge of chess. Although Sir and Farhan gave the characters the portrayal they deserved, the movie became easy to predict by regular strategic moves. I must say, if you love chess then you should target to have all the chess sets shown in movie. They are one of the very few things I liked in this movie.
Nikhil Kamra ***minor plot points revealed, so spoilers ahead***Wazir is a story of two characters, who suffer at the hands of corruption, terrorism, and all the darkness there is in this mean world. Oppressed by the unjustness of life itself, after losing their daughters, they enter each other's life.Amitabh Bacchan plays the role of a handicapped person who lost his daughter under mysterious circumstances (including the possibility of murder). After Faran Akhtar loses his daughter, he is provided with some respite in Amitabh's company. What starts as chess lessons, develops into a great bond of friendship between the two. Big revelations follow and loads of thrills and drama is delivered as they try to avenge their daughters. Faran Akhtar tries to get back at the people responsible for both the deaths and also tries to get his old happy life back; all the while endangering the life of Amitabh and his own as well. This makes them enter the world of corruption and darkness that they didn't even know existed. In my honest opinion, the best thing about this movie is the choice of its duration. Nothing more, nothing less. Not a single scene felt rushed, or forced. Even the slow-motion scenes that usually get on my nerves were nicely executed and carefully delivered. The story, despite being minutely predictable is great and the actors.. Well I don't need to say it, do I? If you're even remotely familiar with Bollywood, then you know that the cast includes some fine members of the same. Although I didn't expect the usual amount of songs from this movie considering its duration, I didn't mind them. A worth watching flick. If this is the direction Indian cinema is headed into, I'm proud. :)
