TheTaoofNetflix I enjoyed this movie. In short, it is a somewhat comedic horror film of a group of college-age kids who break into a mountain cabin for a weekend of skiing fun, only to run into someone intent on killing them. Its important to understand that the movie is fairly low budget; not micro-budget, but certainly not blockbuster funding. So expect hammy acting, not really compelling dialog, a thin plot, etc. However, I can be fully satisfied by a movie if it meets certain attributes, such as having been filmed in a locale appealing to me. This movie was filmed in snowy winter and on a skiing mountain, one of my passions, so that let's me forgive the underwhelming aspects of the film and just sit back and enjoy a light hearted film.

snow_princess58 This movie was filmed on the mountain that I learned to ski on and know like the back of my hand. I thought it was a horrible horror movie but because it was so stupid it was hilarious! If you live in the silver valley or if you have ever skied at Silver Mt. then you will enjoy this movie greatly. I agree the part where the person is hanging from the chair is very funny and my family and I all laughed at that part and many other scenes were funny because they took the classic scary movie scenes such as the hot chick running around in underwear gets killed. I thought it was very entertaining but not scary one bit. If you're with a group of friends who like to laugh and make fun of stupid movies this is the movie for you.

Andrew Jakiel Going into this movie and knowing that it was going to be a typical B movie slasher film I didn't set my expectations that high. I also wasn't surprised when I was introduced into the typical cast of this genre. There was the whore, the stoner, the nerdy kid, the less of a whore girl, the main male character, and of course the "good girl". And for the most part the acting in this movie wasn't bad enough to make me shove red hot pokers into my eyes after watching the movie. In fact a lot of the scenes were comical and I definitely had a good laugh at the expense of the characters on screen.Like most slasher movies you get a good sense of who is going to "get it first". I almost considered giving this movie a better rating 3/4 of the way into the movie.Without giving too much away the advice I give to those out there that are seriously thinking about renting this movie is to turn it off before the last chapter. You will thank me later and be spared the sight of one of the worse special effects I've seen in a long time. I mean did they really think that it looked good in the editing room or that it would look remotely realistic to the viewing public? The only explanation I have is that either the editing staff was high when they reviewed the footage or simply ran out of funds near the end of the movie. But then again you get what you pay for and I'm glad I didn't pay much. I'm sure my DVD player will require extensive therapy after being force to subject itself to the punishment that is known as Shedder.

stupied-man08 This movie is so cheap and stupid but funny. The thing i liked about this movie was that it was set in a cold snowy place where i've never seen a slasher horror set before, but other then that its crap!!!The plot is simple and stupid and has no originality. Its not scary, has bad acting and bull death scenes but i loved to laugh at it nether the less and it did entertain.if i was you i wouldn't buy it on DVD its a complete waste of money i only got it on DVD because it got it from a pound shop.Well i give it a fair 4 out of 10 because of funny bits and the sex scenes
