StyleSk8r At first rather annoying in its heavy emphasis on reenactments, this movie ultimately proves fascinating, simply because the complicated, highly dramatic tale it tells still almost defies belief.

iamonkara This movie has multiple layers, each fascinating in its own right. One layer gives you a glimpse into ineptness of and corruption in Congress party which fails to recognize visionary talents. Other layer shows ceaseless bullying by USA and how they care least about international peace and care only about maintaining a stranglehold on other countries to maintain their super power status. Yet another layer shows the relentless patriotism, driving individuals to lift the nation to great heights, including the visionaries in often misunderstood nationalistic party, BJP.Yet PARMANU is not about the parties or countries it is about the burning passion a patriot has to make the impossible possible to change the future of the country while risking family and personal life. Its a great manifestation of will power to achieve the goal of making India a Nuclear State which catching the bully (USA) off guard.A must watch!!!

Looks like they are planning picnic for 1 month. just watch legendary actor raj kumar's tiranga and his acting. there are many fallacies which makes it difficult to for the viewers to progress forward. Legendary institutions like DRDO & BARC are mentioned but they way scientists are treated will lead to those scientists resigning. john abraham is a suspended IAS officer, but he did not work hard enough for the role. For example the first meeting with mr. yadav looks like meeting of roadside thugs. even a government meeting for opening a new schools looks more serious than that. the only conclusion is that the movie makers did not even make an effort to attend such a meeting or someone to guide them through it. major keeps on humiliating the scientists and they just don't complain at all! i mean even a common man that situation i would have said a few words to the major that it was brain which is not tought in exercises and all those stuff. and drdo, barc scientist are passive. this is really extreme becauase nuclear technology is not a joke.boman irani looks a bit more professional but nothnig extraordinary.So the question is why should one watch the movie? for the cinemetography and a new topic other than romance.

shashankgothic A gem and a Masterpiece. Patriotic and Mindblowing at the same time. The story of Pokhran is one every Indian should know and this movie does more than relevant justice to it. John Abraham is at the peak of his acting prowess and director Abhishek was spot on. A perfect 10 for me. Jai Hind!!!

divya084 This movie could have been excellent, but it fell short on two key accounts - poor direction, ridiculous screenplay This kind of a movie doesn't require songs, unnecessary fight sequences. Wish this was made by the Special 26 kind of crew. Would have been solid then.
