Raetsonwe Redundant and unnecessary.
FuzzyTagz If the ambition is to provide two hours of instantly forgettable, popcorn-munching escapism, it succeeds.
Kamila Bell This is a coming of age storyline that you've seen in one form or another for decades. It takes a truly unique voice to make yet another one worth watching.
Fleur Actress is magnificent and exudes a hypnotic screen presence in this affecting drama.
mentonecowan I went to this movie with my wife and knew nothing about it... 15 minutes into it I was ready to leave. I wanted my money back. My wife kept saying, "It has to get better." She was wrong. Total waste of time and money!!
Miguel Neto I was very impressed with Natural Born Killers, the film is praised, there are a lot of people who like the movie, but I found it very weak, I went with good expectations, which were not matched, the cast is the strong point of the movie, Woody Harrelson, Juliette Lewis, Robert Downey Jr, Tommy Lee Jones and so on, are good, Harrelson's chemistry with Juliette Lewis is good, the movie script is cool, but I found it badly, the direction of Oliver Stone that made it one of the Best war movie of all time is Platoon, is weak, which is a shame, because he is a good director, photography is cool, I did not like the way the film is filmed, I found the movie bad style, Natural Born Killers is not bad, more disappointed me a lot. Note 5.7
Realrockerhalloween Natural born killers was a master piece created by Oliver Stone to showcase America's fascination with violence using surreal imagery that rips right into the mind of a serial killer.Mickey and Mallory Knox are on the lamb after a string of cross country murder sprees, home invasions and rape while the news turns them into a house hold name.During the days of pro-wresting being the number one entertainment in The world and Jerry Springer's high Nielsen ratings it was only matter of time before as film maker made a parody of our dark desires to see blood, guts and dead bodies galore and sexualize it. Even during the film we see news paper headlines referring to them as "Sex on the run" and an investigator itching to sleep with Mrs. Knox. The movie feels even more relevant today then back in 1993. I remember a few years ago Jodi Auras was in the news for killing her boyfriend and going into her sexual life to add the glamour of a sick twisted story. The use of commercials throughout make it seen that we come so entrenched and brainwashed by television that we're dead already. Those who break free to actually make a difference are the chosen ones. Such powerful messages for the MTV generation.Other messages are more stuble like corruption exists everywhere and where you may expect it could actually be a place of redemption. In some ways the situation is played for laughs like the sitcom detailing Mallory's past and the laugh track to ease tension.I even felt for some of the characters which only a brilliant director is capable of doing in a film like this. Its a heavy film. Some may see it as another violent film instead of seeking the real messages the script writers were trying to get across.
tomgould749 Supreme this film is as harrowing as it is visually stunning. Harrelson and Lewis portray serial killers with an almost perfect level of subtle menace that makes you almost want to route for them. The sheer magnitude of the piece is electric and Tarantino and Stone weave together a piece of artwork that should be watched and respected by any die hard movie fan. Although it has been dismissed by some as somewhat repetitive I would be inclined to argue that any film that deals with this topic needs to be reminded of the fact that in the evil world that these people inhabit repetition comes with the territory. It is the way that it is delivered though that makes it stand out.
