I caught this on TV one day when I was bored and waiting on some people. The movie kept my attention the entire time because it was so god awful. Corey Haim in a Bruce Willis "Die Hard" type role, Alan Thicke playing a hardened police chief, Dick Van Patten as a general, and a bunch of goofy terrorists who just happen to have as super model type as one of them. How can you go wrong? The special effects are lame, especially the guided missile that looks like a rocket model kit that you build at home only on a bigger scale.This movie is terrible, make no mistake about it. But it's so terrible that you can't help but laugh and watch to see just how cheesy it's going to get. It's actually quite entertaining.

I have seen bad films before, some really bad, some really awful, then there's this dreck. Why do I pan it so? Simple, the acting. Hell, I've seen better acting in cheapo amateur porn than was done in this film. Corey, Corey, Corey, man what a shame. Hey kids, here's absolute proof of how drug abuse destroys one's abilities forever. I was half expecting him to begin howling at the moon like the wolfman. And the clichéd terrorist's. Wow a sexy hot terrorist babe with ultra blood lust; hmm sounds like the female killer freak from Die Hard 3.How Original!!! Awful film, awful story, awful acting. Was it entertaining? Well, yeah kinda but it was because I kept laughing at all the bad acting.Problem was, it wasn't supposed to be a comedy. This was hideous film-making at it's worst.

This is another one of these unoriginal plot action movies which too many exist of.It's about some Bronx Thug and his police daddy moving to some silent and peaceful town. Well, this is an action movie, so the town isn't peaceful at all. The Bronx Thug, who kind of resembles Johnny Depp but unfortunately not his acting quality, is trapped in his new school because some terrorists captured it.These terrorists plant bombs everywhere in the school with C4 written on them so that even the dumbest of a human being knows what the deal is. If the bad guys wish of having money or having an independent religious nation or whatever isn't fulfilled, they will launch a 'nuclear' rocket that is heading into a 'nuclear' power plant.So what has more impact? Regular rocket into nuclear power plant or nuclear rocket into regular power plant? Probably the same, but having everything nuclear is just so silly that I couldn't stop laughing.Eventually the rocket gets launched and I'll tell you this: If I would throw a pen in the air and film it, it most likely would look better.This movie has more crap special effects and cheesy dialogue but I give this movie a 2/10 because it has some unintentional comedy value.

Demolition High I thought was a good movie. It was entertaining and fun. It was fun to watch how Lenny Slatter picked apart every bad guy trying to take over the school. I was shocked that I liked this movie. It's very rare for me to like these kind of movies. I give this movie *** out of ****
