Scanialara You won't be disappointed!
Fairaher The film makes a home in your brain and the only cure is to see it again.
Arianna Moses Let me be very fair here, this is not the best movie in my opinion. But, this movie is fun, it has purpose and is very enjoyable to watch.
Zlatica One of the worst ways to make a cult movie is to set out to make a cult movie.
adonis98-743-186503 Chris Emerson and his sister Nicole Emerson move to Luna Bay expecting to initiate a new life without housing expenses with their Aunt Jillian, but she charges rent to the siblings for a wrecked house, and Chris seeks a job working as board shaper to raise money for the unforeseeable expenses. To be honest i wasn't a big fan of the original Lost Boys i thought it was alright but also kinda stupid but damn this movie was awful, the acting was awful, the dialogue was cheesy and the whole vampire thing has been done to death and there's only a few remaining good films with that overdone subject of a storyline. (0/10)
ben hibburd Lost Boys: The Tribe held a decent amount of potential for me, as someone that doesn't hold any strong feelings towards the original Lost Boys at all. I went into this film with no strings attached not having to brace my self for the worst. After all was said and done i left the film feeling moderately satisfied, with the thought that over-all the film felt inconsequential. The film looks decent enough on it's obviously low budget, but in a time of low budget horror classics like What We Do In the Shadow, there's no reason why it shouldn't.The biggest problem with the film is that, at It's core it has a poorly conceived script. There's absolutely nothing original in this film, everything you think is going to happen, happens! There's zero tension, and most of the gore/kills are generic to say in the least. The acting Is about standard for this type of film, Corey Feldman does a decent job of reviving his character Edgar Frog from the first film. Tad Hilgenbrink and Autumn Reeser do the best they can with a very limited script as brother and sister Chris and Nicole. Angus Sutherland plays the new bad boy lead vampire Shane. He's un-engaging and lacks any and all the charisma his half brother Kiefer Sutherland had in the original. It has been over twenty years since the original. The fact that this is the best the screenwriters could conjure up is very poor on their part. At best for a non fan of the original, it was an average, generic ninety minute vampire flick, that left me feeling unmoved. Whilst i found the film passable, i can understand why fans of the original are Incredibly disappointed with it.
Belklin To even use the name "Lost Boys" in title of this movie is an absolute abomination in itself. For fans of the original cult classic, I would strongly urge you not to even bother wasting a second on this...yes, I too was excited when I heard that there was a sequel but I regret it now.Gratuitous violence for violence sake, completely lacking any of the humour or wit of the original, devoid of any semblance of an imaginative or even remotely interesting plot and punctuated with spurts of mindless action. For those who have not yet watched the original but have instead had the misfortune of watching The Tribe, don't let this put you off - there's no comparison, the two movies are light years apart.
Lostgurl09 This movie is okay. Though it doesn't explain everything and what happen to the other characters, this movie is good with the fighting, graphics and story line. Edgar Frog returns and is back to killing vampires once more like then first film. Shane is David's half brother, but they never tell us that Daivd is alive since he was suppose to be dead. Also, Sam was turned into a vampire but it's never told how or when. Michael and Star are suppose to be dead but in the Thrist, Alan says "That puts out Michael and Star." When Edgar comes to see him. That tells us that they are alive or are vampires(Again). All in all, this movie is okay but it's not the original.
