Wordiezett So much average
Protraph Lack of good storyline.
Limerculer A waste of 90 minutes of my life
Izzy Adkins The movie is surprisingly subdued in its pacing, its characterizations, and its go-for-broke sensibilities.
cuevaric Honestly one of the best movies of all time if you look at the script writing it's a masterpiece I think we should put up a monument to celebrate the Jesus of all movies. Just a complete masterpiece of a film and I hope that the cat will survive that nasty bo bo from that car.
rjun67 At my age I just wanna grab a beer and sit down to a good movie, not much to ask! A Talking Cat, seemed like a good idea at the time so I chucked it into the DVD player, let me tell you, I was unprepared for such an exciting roller-coaster of emotion. The great Eric Roberts voice's Duffy (A talking cat) in an audio style which (from my submarine days)reminds me of the underwater telephone! The gist of the story is about 2 Brady bunch type families who are brought together by Duffy's Mary Poppins-like magical powers. Duffy has a near fatal accident near the end, but survives with the help of a badly fitted bandage wrapped around his head. I can recommend this film to anyone, its almost perfect, beautiful photography, faultless performances by an A-list cast, a plot that makes 'The usual suspects' seem like an episode of Teletubbies, special effects that would give George Lucas a few sleepless nights and Eric Roberts proving that he is up there with Olivier, Gielgud and Heston.
Jesus Chavez Human ignorance and sin are no match for the feline prophet, Duffy. As the one true God's semi-feral cat offspring, Duffy breaks the mold traveling freely dropping gems of wisdom on two families and teaching them to help themselves. As the clawed sage sorts out social drama and becomes emotionally invested in these individuals, he puts his life on the line in a dangerous traffic incident and faces a near death experience. Breaking from the traditional martyr archetype, Duffy pulls through with help from the two appreciative families in retrieving a magical artifact that spurs on his pseudo resurrection. Eric Roberts break-out role as Duffy will replace the Bible for millennia to come.
ericludwig97 The emotion I emitted will watching this glorious work of art matched the intensity I felt in other films such as The Titanic, The Blind Side, Precious, and The Boy in the Striped Pajamas. At times, this movie was so intense that I could not control my body causing me to scream out in orgasmic sorrow. I really enjoyed the repeated nature scenes as they gave me some time to absorb and reflect on what I had witnessed. Through the love of Trent and Chris, I realized that it was okay to be gay and immediately ejaculated all over my tight chest. I then spent the next 20 minutes weeping uncontrollably. Semen and tears became one in a cesspool on my belly-button. Homosexuality is something that we all need to accept and experiment with. I think it is safe to say that Eric Robert's role as Duffy was his master work. He was good in The Dark Knight, but this tops any of his previous works. His powerful voice shook my body to the point of excretion. This film has made me realize whether you are gay, a talking cat, black, or human, we are all the same. We need to work with each other if we want to save cats from car accidents. All it takes is a towel and a piece of string.
