Platicsco Good story, Not enough for a whole film

InformationRap This is one of the few movies I've ever seen where the whole audience broke into spontaneous, loud applause a third of the way in.

Majikat A compelling series and one that shows many details that I was unaware of. I have watched a couple of documentaries, heard the conspiracy theories, do we get closer to the truth? Admittedly, unless you're a die hard fan, it is a struggle to get through, but something drives you to the end.

Ana I don't know if they've got all the facts right, but then again they never claim to do so. At the beginning of each episode they state some things might be dramatized for the shows sake and I must say I haven't once felt like this caused any problems for the story.Overall the series is compelling and entertaining, if you are interested in the murders of Biggie and Tupac but don't know much about the topic this would be a good place to start researching and learning, although it does get a bit confusing at times, so be sure to pay attention all the way. It's not one of those scrolling-through-your-timeline-while-watching-netflix kind of thing, which by itself makes it a pretty good series.

ramakramahi Acting isn't great. Tupac and biggie look nothing alike, and it's a little bit painful to watch overall.

momosity I confess I only watched because I'm a big fan of Josh Duhamel and Jimmi Simpson, but I was blown away by how good the overall cast and writing were. Having seen both theatrical bio-pics on Biggie and Tupac, this one really brought a lot more hypothetical possibilities to the story. We still don't know who killed these talented young men (not a spoiler, as the show's printed messaging reveals no arrests were made), but this was a very worthwhile effort. Having Wendell Pierce (from "The Wire") in the cast made it that much more authentic.Also, good for Josh Duhamel to get away from all those romantic comedies! We knew how great he can be given the right material. :)
