Odelecol Pretty good movie overall. First half was nothing special but it got better as it went along.

Brenda The plot isn't so bad, but the pace of storytelling is too slow which makes people bored. Certain moments are so obvious and unnecessary for the main plot. I would've fast-forwarded those moments if it was an online streaming. The ending looks like implying a sequel, not sure if this movie will get one

ilyas_adeel When to try to start a season it feels like it is going to go big till the end but then the whole season is finished, you feel like why the hell i saw this which has no ending at all except more questions. EVIL win in every season then why the hell you are making these seasons. if that is written in the book as well then i feel sad for the readers as well. Worst every experience of my life.

rymei-51475 Syfy has done a really great job with this adaptations of Lev Grossman book series. I'm beyond happy to considering I cant think of one film or series they've released that warrants a review.You wont find any tv series quite like the magicians, no its not the next harry potter, not even close. After the first 2 episode i'd warrant to say 90% of you will be hooked. Unlike other tv series that get worse and stall for time with each passing season. The magicians plot just gets more and more intriguing leaving you with more questions. At the same time it does a good job at answering prior questions to not leave you frustrated. Most impressively, the cast does a great job bringing in modern day sarcastic humor but without taking away from the serious plot that is happening. I find myself laughing through most of these shows. But the laughter is mostly the realization that if you were in the same situation, you'd probably be cracking the same jokes with a side of fear.The magicians does what you hope every tv series will do when you turn it on. it entertains you. The only people i can see not liking this film are those with no imagination and who despise "fantasy". If you have an open mind or just love fantasy films. This is a must watch for all of you.10/10 for being a unique show with no comparison, and on that leaves you fully entertained.

dandomino If you had a few weeks to live and Harry Potter was the best thing in your life, i would still give this a miss.Its just a carbon copy but with Americanisation plastered all over it. Worse its a Canadian show...im so disappointed in my Canadian brothers, I thought Canadians had better class and intelligence. Usually they do and only Americans like absolute drivel like this without any intelligence to scripts, drama, scenarios and the like. Honest, you might like this if you are a teenage feck-wit who has never read any books or developed your mind...and unfortunately im sure there is a big demand for such shows thanks to the dumbing down of mankind by Rupert Murdoch, but I for one dislike this in the most polite of terms.
