StreamingEagle Watched several episodes before losing interest. The foreign locales and villains are repetitive. Way too much gratuitous sex making Stapleton out like he is Brad Pitt. No Jack Bauer here to keep me involved and give me a rooting interest.

jameyarnouville The first 5 seasons were fantastic. The newest season released in October 2017 was not. I do not think the actors had a proper combat training team. The word moving was tossed around like it was the new f bomb. No one responded properly to combat commands. The chemistry between the team was off. It would be nice to have the original team back on the show. Sullivan Stapleton and Phillip Winchester were excellent. Overall I give it a 10 but that is for the first 5 seasons. I would rate the new season at a 5.

And oh boy I was missing out on a lot. Strike Back is a fast paced that never lets up and with the odd sex scene thrown in. The plot revoles around a S.A..S sergerant who is recruited into a top seceret section in order to track down a female ISIS terrorist. Helping him are a US opertive and 2 sassy female agents. The plot takes many twists and turns with the team going up against Hungrian Ultra Nationists, Gangster, Arms Dealers and Russian Special Forces. Featuring appearences from the likes of Peter Firith and Trevor Eve to name just 2, Strike Back is an entertaing watch. I should hunt the other seasons on DVD

bparker-85703 Watched S6 E1 last night and was very disappointed, thank goodness I have Seasons 1-5 on DVD, because I won't watch anymore of this new poor imitation of Strike Back. One example of how off this new season is... Near the end of E1 one of the female leads says to the new male leads, "Why don't you two just kiss and get it over with?" The two new male leads look at each other dumbfounded, while the other female lead walks by them and smirks. That one scene is reason enough to never what this politically correct trash again. Earlier, one of the female leads walks in on one of the new male leads and catches him almost naked, then she makes three insulting remarks implying that he has small equipment. Can you imagine if she said something like that to Scott? Unfortunately female empowerment is spinning out of control. In the US 29 women are running for, or planning to run for governor of their state. It's the end of the world as we know it. One female, Andria Merkle, has single-handedly just about destroyed western civilization in Europe. Can you imagine what 29 female governors will do to America? I'm thankful we had 5 great seasons of Strike Back.
