Reviews

FirstWitch A movie that not only functions as a solid scarefest but a razor-sharp satire.
Cooktopi The acting in this movie is really good.
Allison Davies The film never slows down or bores, plunging from one harrowing sequence to the next.
Cristal The movie really just wants to entertain people.
tako6060 Really good drama, wish to have season 2, the story line very very good~ I wish the related department consider to continue this drama with season 2. I have been watched a lots of dramas, this is the best and very deep impression about it. Even after 2 years of cancellation, I still miss it and wish to have season 2. The season 1 really irresponsible product, no prefect ending and direct stop showing with a lots of question about the story. I realize that related department and producer really an irresponsible person, And give us an incomplete drama. Really make people feel so bad. Finally, please consider my request, thank you.
mdellyd I love Sarah Michelle Geller and I was very excited to see this new show. I thought the show started off just fantastic. I was really hooked especially during the uncertain time when Bridget was learning what Siob was into, but while the writers had a chance to make this a show about real intrigue they completely dropped the ball and in their sheer IDIOCY they made Siob the villain. Then, in the most infantile writing I have ever scene, they brought Siob back to NY which was ASININE. Well, like many viewers, I just turned it off. It is ashame because this show had such a chance to really pull in viewers if the writers had made Siob a spy or into selling drugs and she had been taken out by drug lords or Chinese Spys and now what they were going after Bridgett who they thought was Siob. It could have been like the X-Files with the smoking man in the shadows hunting Bridget who had to figure it all out. It could have been AWESOME, but in the end the show was flushed down the toilet where it belonged.
sonya-bria There were a lot of expectations for the pilot of Ringer as this was Sarah Michelle Gellar's TV comeback after a few years absence on the CW Network. I followed the commercial promos and interviews on what viewers could expect from Ringer and was hooked on the mystery surrounding twins Bridget Kelly and Siobhan Martin. While the initial opening scenes started a bit slow, I was not disappointed in the caliber of actors signed onto this series and SMG's flawless portrayal of TWO main characters. I was blown away by the authentic way Gellar portrayed Bridget as a drug addict, and on the flip-side, Siobhan as a wealthy socialite. The pilot contains a lot of twists and turns to the story that might at first seem confusing, but are unraveled in subsequent episodes during the season. I enjoy this type of TV writing that makes me as the viewer think about what might happen the following week. Reminded me a lot of how the writers of LOST would leave you guessing. If you are a fan of Sarah Michelle Gellar, this series is a must watch as it not only highlights the ability of Gellar to move beyond her role as "Buffy," but shows viewers the depth of her acting abilities. Give Ringer a chance, you won't be disappointed if you stick with the story!
Thomas Dinnegan I have to say, that out of any other TV series I've every followed, Ringer is absolutely the most mysterious and entertaining series I've seen, its the type of series where after you watch an episode, you just can't wait until you see the next one, I often found it difficult to wait a week to watch the next one on sky living and went online to watch the next episode, it will keep you on the edge of your seat throughout every episode, that much I guarantee. The plot, the acting, the choice of actors, everything is amazing, except, maybe it is just me, but throughout the series, i found the episodes and everything all jumbled, and I found it difficult at times to understand, however everything added up in the end, with some unbelievable twists in between! Maybe the writing and layout of the episodes could have improved, however it is still an amazing series.Sarah Michelle Gellar is wonderful in Ringer, an amazing actress who really deserves a lot more roles in my opinion, when I saw she was doing a series on Sky Living, I thought, what has her career come to ? but I'm so happy she did it because I believe its sheer quality with launch her back into the public eye and land her a lot of roles! Zoey Deutch is also a very bright and upcoming actress in my opinion and I expect her to be the next Miley Cyrus, from Disney to big movies, and its what she deserves, her performance in this series, is nothing short of breath taking in my opinion and I think she adds to this series massively, and for me, was the best actor in the series behind Gellar, utterly amazing.Anyway, I would defiantly recommend this series to everyone! it is an amazing series, a brilliant idea, executed brilliant! I was devastated when I heard that The CW cancelled Ringer, it is a huge mistake on there part, as I think a second series should have been approved, once again, I believe EVERYONE really needs to watch this series as it is excellent! 9/10 Easily
