Actuakers One of my all time favorites.

Maleeha Vincent It's funny, it's tense, it features two great performances from two actors and the director expertly creates a web of odd tension where you actually don't know what is happening for the majority of the run time.

lisahbabe Love this series. Shame there's not a 2nd series. So i've started watching the 1st series again. Love Meatloaf in it. The part with his daughter made me cry, very good acting

michael-81380 The narrative and characters develop well, and the initial slow pacing becomes satisfyingly appropriate after about 5 episodes. The cinematography is competent. The music, a magpie mix of new riffs on classical themes and actual classical classics, carries this a fair bit. It sets the mood well and provides a surprisingly sturdy spine. It's oddly juvenile and disjointed, and I can't decide whether that is intentional or the product of a talent that is not yet fully fledged.

ZinQ It is so unutterably slow! I am losing the will to live.I tuned in because of Kim Coates, but really am struggling to stay with it.It could have been so good.

kingfisherwest Just finished season 1 (I hope there's a season 2.....nicely set up but NO spoilers here!!)The title could put you off as it sounds a little cheesy and lightweight but the show was anything but that. A great group of core characters who you were really rooting for and who managed to turn a pretty 'out there' script into something believable and pretty unsettling. Kim Coates as ever brings a full 'Kim Coates' performance to the screen and despite the rest of the great cast, I have to admit that I don't don't believe you can have too much of that guy on screen!The child actors are also worth a mention as they had some pretty complex ideas to play out and they did it really well. Overall, is highly recommend this to anyone, ghost lover or not, it's a great watch and, at 13 episodes, it doesn't overstay it's welcome.
