Matrixston Wow! Such a good movie.
Limerculer A waste of 90 minutes of my life
Salubfoto It's an amazing and heartbreaking story.
Juana what a terribly boring film. I'm sorry but this is absolutely not deserving of best picture and will be forgotten quickly. Entertaining and engaging cinema? No. Nothing performances with flat faces and mistaking silence for subtlety.
sanmana This show is the epitome of what all men want in their lives. Ari Gold is the best tv character of all time!!
me-justaman The first 4 seasons are absolutely amazing! Hilarious dialogue, brilliant directing, acting, script: everything is there and it is just pure gold. The 5th season is a big disappointment, the script and dialogues took a huge dive (I remember there was a screenwriters strike going on at the time that delayed the release of this season), it was definitely a huge step-down in quality. The 6th season shockingly touched rock bottom: the show had become a vapid sitcom filled with dullness, boredom, improbable clichés and not even funny. Day and night. It was hard to sit through it.The 7th season rebounds a little bit after the terrible 5th and 6th, but not enough to bring back your interest. Maybe they changed the team of writers, I really don't know. But when the show was intelligent, hilarious and witty, now it is plain and insipid. The 8th and last season still keeps coming back a little stronger but still way way below the level of the first four seasons.Several years later, a movie was released in theaters, and although it was good to see the cast giving the show a last effort, it did not contain enough good material to compete with a single good TV episode, and it was far from being as polished as it used to.I still rate is a 10, just for the first four seasons, and the awesome cast and concept.
Gustavo Schroeder A Entourage follows the lifestyle that revolves around up and coming star Vinnie Chase and his friends. Party, drugs, booze and chicks, lots of them. But that's definitely not what makes Entourage so great. What makes it so unique is that it explores a subject that many people are actually curious about and it presents it in a great way with many cameos in every single episode of the series. What is also great is that they present the stages of Vincent's career, like the film that launched him into stardom, his indie flick, his summer million dollar blockbuster, and much more. I have yet to see Seasons 5-8. I hope they're good but I can say the first four are simply gold. The best characters are hands down Johnny Drama and Ari Gold, just hilarious. The kind of entertainment one hopes to get from HBO. A great series that kind of feels like a Sex and the City for dudes. I love it. Season 1 focuses on Vincent after his first big movie Head On, it does a great job on introducing the characters and explaining their background. It also focuses on Vince trying to get on the movie Queens Boulevard and how they get Billy Walsh and so on. Also on how Ari tries to get him to do Matterhorn. Season 1 does a great job and is pretty good and definitely worth it. Season 2 is bigger and definitely better: it has way more cameos and focuses on post-QB and trying to get Vince to do James Cameron's Aquaman. It also digs a little deeper into Ari's character and Drama's and also, surprisingly Vince's with the Mandy Moore situation. You also get the first moments of the Ari-Terrence-Davies problems and why Ari leaves the agency. An improvement over the first season, Season 2 is just flat out awesome.Season 3 deals with everything post-Aquaman. It's a great season and almost an improvement over Season 2, but the last few episodes just aren't as good. The season also deals with Eric and Sloan's relationship, Turtle trying to manage Saigon and Drama landing his new TV hit show. It's also very interesting the way they deal with Ari getting fired halfway through the season. It's a great season and definitely worth it.
Will "Fame. It's more fun with your friends!"Entourage is unlike any other show before or since! A laugh out loud comedy that blurs the line between fantasy and reality. Queens bred Golden boy Vincent Chase makes the jump from indie-star to box office superstar in the Hollywood limelight, but not without bringing his New York homeboys along for the ride! Vinny, E., Drama, Turtle and super-agent Ari Gold (with his eternally faithful assistant Lloyd!) have way too much fun navigating the Tinseltown madness - rubbing shoulders with the Who's Who of every celebrity imaginable, from Mandy Moore to Hugh Hefner to Andrew Dice Clay to James Cameron! My favorite guest celebrity episode was when they moved next door to Bob Saget of 'Full House' fame - who was NOT the family version of Bob Saget we all remember lol! Some other notable celebrity run-ins were when Turtle was dating Jamie-Lynn Sigler (Meadow Soprano), and Eric's ongoing feud with Seth Green :D! This was one of those shows that you wish would last forever. Every season had its own identity, although the whole storyline with Vince dating real life porn star Sasha Grey was a low point of the series, IMO.
