Nikki I find the show to be sort of a "guilty pleasure." I like 'outbreak' movies and shows. The commonality brings strangers together in an intriguing dynamic. The show may not be the best I've ever seen, but it's an interesting watch. It's definitely not a horrendous flop as many reviewers claim. I like the premise and the acting, production, writing and even cinematography are pretty good. I think avoiding the inclusion of weighty elements is no accident. The subject matter is heavy enough without adding dark details. Sometimes it's nice to watch a show that's not a comedy, but still won't bring you down. Many of the reviewers who give the show a low rating complain that the show lacks originality. But most outbreak movies and shows nowadays lead to zombies. Zombies are NOT original. That's part of what draws me to Between. There's something more mysterious going on.

pisceansuns The way Adam talks, his looks, etc... everything! I couldn't take it! I went out of my way to find a way to vent my frustration! Why did he talk like an aged smoker!!?? UGH! Couldn't get past it.

tobias-kolb After watching the entire 1st season I came to the conclusion that this show has nothing of substance to offer. bad acting, okay. characters are badly written? fine. But the whole story concept is so full of holes and every time there isn't some meaningless death of somebody you don't care about one of the female main characters have some sort of cut away sex scene with somebody. the whole show is like a bad high school acting class full of 35 year old people that are supposed to be 21 and younger in the series. avoid this series at all cost

preiszner-55623 I belong to the older generation and this show is for teenagers for sure. As the IMDb summary says, everybody older than 22 years old die. The remaining under-22 crowd mill around aimlessly and showing minimal interest in the catastrophe and mostly keep doing their teenager things with focus on teenager priorities. It feels even as if a teenager wrote the script, naive and simplistic. If there was any heroism after the 3rd episode, I could not hang on longer. 3 out of 10 only because of the few interesting characters, but they looked more like 30 somethings.
