AniInterview Sorry, this movie sucks

Dirtylogy It's funny, it's tense, it features two great performances from two actors and the director expertly creates a web of odd tension where you actually don't know what is happening for the majority of the run time.

Arianna Moses Let me be very fair here, this is not the best movie in my opinion. But, this movie is fun, it has purpose and is very enjoyable to watch.

Kamila Bell This is a coming of age storyline that you've seen in one form or another for decades. It takes a truly unique voice to make yet another one worth watching.

jukief I enjoyed every single second of this mini series. The actors are perfectly cast. The writing is superb. I love British TV and watch a ton of it, and this is one of my all-time favorites. I wish it were longer than three episodes. I can't say I've ever been that big a fan of Hugh Grant, but he's wonderful in this. Ben Winshaw is fabulous. Enjoyable in every way. Bravo!

Kellie-Malone The sad tale is well told and beautifully acted by Hugh Grant & Co. Poignant performances by the entire cast. Highly recommended for mature audiences.

jcjs333 I've watched about 30 minutes of the first episode and this looks to be a wonderful English series and them English can act. It's a period piece, 1965 taking place in London with lots of great scenery, dialogue, acting and music. But, Hugh Grant is blowing me away. I've seen Hugh Grant in a few films going back to Bridget's Dairy. I have always like Grant but i thought he was a good actor not a great actor but this show is working out to show Hugh Grant is a great actor. Either i missed how good he really was or he's improved light years. Funny flick with plenty of suspense with a message or two thrown in. I trust the entire series will be as snappy and fun as the first 30 minutes. Excellent acting by all.

debdshaw60 Aside from some rather tragic choices of hairstyles or wigs, this is a fantastic production. Not only does it cover a shocking case in Britain but it showcases exactly how horrible a world is when homosexuality is illegal and can land you in jail.Wonderful performances by all but a stunning job by Hugh Grant playing against type. Give it a watch. 3 episodes which I watched back to back. The trial is edge of your seat even when you know what the outcome will be before starting to watch episode 1.
