Scanialara You won't be disappointed!
Sexyloutak Absolutely the worst movie.
Salubfoto It's an amazing and heartbreaking story.
Nicole I enjoyed watching this film and would recommend other to give it a try , (as I am) but this movie, although enjoyable to watch due to the better than average acting fails to add anything new to its storyline that is all too familiar to these types of movies.
dustyoldbones Saw this film tonight on TV and decided to watch it because I am big Brittany Murphy fan. I watched the entire movie and was blown away. The actress looks and acts nothing like Brittany Murphy in anyway. I doubt if you could hire someone who could do justice to Brittany's magnetism on a small budget, but you could at least hire an actor with a similar face/body shape. My god, I shouldn't have to keep reminding myself that this is supposed to be Brittany Murphy on screen. The actor playing her husband was creepy as all hell, when he came on screen i though "okay, this is clearly the manipulative creep in the story" and it seemed like it was going that way. Nothing really came out of that though, so why hire an actor that the audience dislikes the entire time he is on screen? The intimate scenes were disturbing! This movie was made in 2014, and yet they leave her extremely suspicious death to 4-6 minutes of screen time? followed by a direct quote from Wikipedia as a epilogue? Rest in peace Brittany, I'm sorry they did this to your life story.
darmstrong11 After reading a lot of the other reviews I was shocked at how mean people were being about the casting. These are real people, makes me a little sick. The casting wasn't great but I thought they did an OK job, Brittany Murphy was a star because she had the talent and looks, those are hard shoes to fill. I thought the lead role was cast well, the woman could act, I didn't need her to pass as a double for her character. The story was sappy, but hey this is a Lifetime movie, we knew what it was going into this. Let's not pretend we were surprised how this played out.The movie was OK, I gave it 4 stars. Probably won't ever watch it a 2nd time but it was a decent way to pass some time. Wouldn't mind seeing this story get a real treatment with a real budget.
sandy-340 They've got to be kidding with this actress playing Brittany! She looks NOTHING like her, she's too big and heavy, her face is chubby, her hair is all wrong, her voice - it's just ridiculous! Of all the actors that might have been chosen, why her? Poor Brittany... she would have been so disappointed. I'd just like to know how they got funding for this movie with that girl in the lead role! Brittany was sparkly, funny and bubbly... not to mention her gorgeous looks. This girl sounded like she had a sinus condition, her face was too round and pudgy and she was talking in that hoarse voice trying to emulate someone with whom she had ZERO resemblance. I didn't think anything could be worse than Lindsay Lohan playing Elizabeth Taylor... but, boy, was I wrong! It was just plain laughable when this so-called actress as Brittany in the film was told that she's young and beautiful! She should be embarrassed by this casting decision and her awful performance! I saw her in an interview before the airing of the movie justifying her role, even though she was already aware of the disgust people felt about it.
jennyrose313 I will say right up front, I only watched 22 minutes of this atrocity. I gave up when they got to the Alicia Silverstone "character". Seriously?! They couldn't find ONE SINGLE BLONDE ACTRESS to play the part? Instead, they appear to have grabbed some girl off the street and plopped a really, really, really bad blonde wig on her head. Did I mention how BAD the wig was. This movie is just a complete failure. Amanda Fuller sounded more like Tai from Clueless than Brittany Murphy. Frankly, the girl who played Morgan looks more like Brittany. Do yourself and your brain cells a favor and skip this steaming pile of garbage. I would have given it 0 stars if that was an option.
