As Good As It Gets

Although I seem to have had higher expectations than I thought, the movie is super entertaining.

Exactly the movie you think it is, but not the movie you want it to be.

The thesis presented and argued by the film's producers is that Satan is a figment of Christian delusion, used as a scapegoat to justify the evil that Christians represent and do. I'd say that sounds a lot like satanic propaganda, but the producers of the film argue that Satan doesn't exist. So instead, I'll conclude by suggesting the film is pure ideological sophistry whose rhetorical tack is filled with more holes than a Dunkin Donuts at 7:00am.
