Michael_Elliott Porky's Revenge (1985) *** (out of 4) The third and final film in the series finds the boys of Angel Beach High School having to deal with Porky once again when their basketball coach gets into some gambling trouble. Between dealing with Porky the boys find plenty of time for various sexual acts. Look, you're either a fan of the PORKY'S trilogy or you're not. I personally love the series and grew up watching these movies so they certainly are special to me no matter how silly they are. This third film in the series isn't nearly as good as the first but I thought it was a step up from the good, if flawed, second film. I think what works so well here is that it's just fun seeing the gang back and getting into more trouble. Again, if you're wanting comedy in the style of Charles Chaplin then you're not going to find it here but if you enjoy toilet humor, sex jokes and plenty of nudity then this here really delivers. I thought the story itself was mildly entertaining for a film like this but it was certainly a major plus having Porky back in action. After the events in the first film it's just obvious that he really would want some revenge so this adds another layer of fun. As with the first two, there are all sorts of dirty sex jokes and I thought the majority of them worked. This includes the foreign exchange student, a pool orgy and the highlight of the film a sequence inside a motel room. The performances are pretty much what you'd expect from a film like this but the entire cast fit their roles nicely and deliver a good job. There's no question that the film has some major flaws throughout but fans of the series should find this to be a good way to close things out.

TBJCSKCNRRQTreviews Well, here it is... the last Porky's film. The lowest of the low. Does it actually get any worse than this? I hope not. The first two movies had some(albeit not an awful lot) value and were just above being garbage committed to celluloid... this one is different, worse. The direction is lazy and uninspired. Scene after scene is misdirected and lacks effect. The writing, since the first two films, has taken a turn for the worse, something I didn't think possible before watching this tripe. Characters are messed up completely, going in a completely different direction from what was seen in the first two films. Jokes and gags are incredibly forced and unforgivably poor. The humor is taken down a further notch from the first two films; again, a surprise for those of us who weren't aware that it was possible to go any lower. Acting is overplayed and uninspired. Unlike the first two films, this one doesn't have one single redeeming quality... it's just bad. Really, really bad. I couldn't give you one good reason to watch this film... not a single one. I recommend this only to people who loved the first two so much that they simply can't stand the notion of there being a film in the series that they haven't seen... no matter how bad it is. Everyone else should avoid this... at all and any costs. 1/10

departed07 for so many reasons, this film had Porky. It had less characters and plus it was time for graduation. Porky's Revenge is about Pee-Wee and what's left of the gang to save Meat from getting married and to help coach goodenough win the championship basketball game. It has funny stuff with sex, quirky lines and a cool ending that is better than the first two i won't give it a strong recommadation, but i will give it a 6/10.

tfrizzell Well those involved in the "Porky's" series should pat themselves on the back. I mean they made three films that are all just thrown together and have absolutely no worth and yet they still made a good amount of money in the early-1980s. The 1980s was a chaotic time for the cinema. It seems that there were more hacks in Hollywood than there had ever been before. Maybe it is just me. Oh well I am glad to see the series end. I will not miss it at all. "Porky's Revenge" easily earns a place in cinematic turkey hell. Turkey (0 stars out of 5).
