Reviews

Tedfoldol everything you have heard about this movie is true.
filippaberry84 I think this is a new genre that they're all sort of working their way through it and haven't got all the kinks worked out yet but it's a genre that works for me.
Philippa All of these films share one commonality, that being a kind of emotional center that humanizes a cast of monsters.
Raymond Sierra The film may be flawed, but its message is not.
blanche-2 This is the second TV-movie based on the series of fashion mysteries written by Ellen Byerrum. The star is Psych's Maggie Lawson as Lacey Smithsonian, the Crime of Fashion columnist for a Washington, D.C. paper. The crimes of fashion, however, often lead to crimes of passion. Here Lacey is in the middle of the murder of a reality show celebrity who had a big makeover and now is launching a clothing design line.Lacey's mother (Mary McDonnell) and sister stop by for a visit in this one to add to the fun, and the cameraman is played by Dominic Zamprogna, a Canadian actor who now is appearing on "General Hospital." Though I figured this one out pretty quickly, it didn't take away from the enjoyment. It's a nicely cast TV movie with young, energetic actors. I especially like Sadie LeBlanc as Lacey's friend Stella. Two familiar faces - Mario Cantone and Mark Consuelos - are also on hand.Hope there will be more of these. These fashion mysteries are a nice change from Lifetime's usual diet of true crime stories and women in jeopardy. Here, the women have some fun.
