Rijndri Load of rubbish!!
BeSummers Funny, strange, confrontational and subversive, this is one of the most interesting experiences you'll have at the cinema this year.
Fleur Actress is magnificent and exudes a hypnotic screen presence in this affecting drama.
Staci Frederick Blistering performances.
smith212121 I was captivated by this movie from the first scene to the last. The pace was so fast that I did not dare look away from the screen in case I miss the next turn of events. I also liked the storyline: a nice, harmless young man suddenly finds himself in the middle of a full scale war between a professional killer, who is a very clever, ruthless and beautiful lady, and the police. Of course the plot is not very realistic, which action movie is? Everything is exaggerated to make it more exciting. But compared to many other action movies, the plot is cleverly constructed and makes sense. There are even some humorous elements - like the way this young man tries to hold on to good manners in the midst of chaos, or the scene where a police commando storms the workshop of the young man's uncle who thinks this is about unpaid parking tickets. I have no explanation for the sharply negative comments on this page. It could be that the English version, which I have not seen yet, is much worse than the German version, but I doubt it. I also don't understand the complaint about German police not speaking in their native language. But this may be due to the fact that in Germany all foreign movies are dubbed and therefore I am used to it.
akhilaraheem I was just thinking of passing sometime by watching this on DVD and the surround quality on the DVD was bad too! But the very second scene itself it turns out to be interesting. Story plot is interesting, script is fine but the surprise is the action. You'll never expect such blowing scenes from a low-profile movie. Tanja(Jenny) has to improve her acting skills. Others were fine including the Hero (Fuller). Car jumping scenes building to building reminds one of Lethal Weapon movies. Watch it if you like action flicks. It will surprise you. Good car chases. So my recommendation is; WATCH IT WITHOUT ANY HOPE AND YOU WILL LOVE IT!
drystyx This movie doesn't even have enough laughs to be in a worst film festival. The plot, as near as I could make out, was an innocent man wrongly accused of being a super assassin so clever she thinks she can coerce a man into doing something that would require a spoiler to tell you how stupid it would be. The assassin has killed all the witnesses against some important rich guy on trial, except for one. She tries to make this guy kill the last witness for her. There's too much that is worse about this movie to go into the flaws of the plot. First, the movie is car chase after chase. Bond movies got away with car chases because there were plenty of cutaways, and the chases weren't overdrawn. Some movies, like Road Warrior, gave us open top vehicles with wild costumed people inside, and intriguing backgrounds, such as the desert. The reality is car chases are boring, because motor vehicles are boring, except to red necks, dorks, (and yokels who've never seen a car I suppose). And nothing is more boring than watching cars driving (speeding, wrecking, who cares) down boring city streets. Then there are some characters whose English cannot possibly be understood (the blonde girl enunciates so bad, she probably utters two words that a viewer can interpret). Just go ahead and put subtitles on instead of let them speak gibberish! And every stereotype scene you can imagine is in here. The actresses are so bad, they make the lame actors look like de Niros in comparison. It is truly impossible to watch this film without fast forwarding most of it, particularly the dull car chases that seem to take eons. When you see the last witness finally led on screen, and you're hoping that this stereotype isn't there, be prepared; it is, and I dare you not to groan. The film tries to work on a juvenile level, but fails even there. Someone could make a poll, what is worse in this movie, the writing, acting, or directing? I propose that we make captured terrorists watch this film until they crack. I don't care if it's inhumane beyond all reason. It would put this celluloid to good use.
dalolo91 I love this movie because Drew Fuller is in it. Hes such a attractive guy, what girl wouldn't want to see him. Best movie ever. Drew is a wonderful actor and I believe hes my favorite of all. He's amazingly gorgeous and such a heart-throb. I wouldn't want to see anybody else in this movie but him. He's super amazing and i love it. I enjoyed seeing him in Charmed and now getting to see him be a start in this movie is just seriously great. Drew is such an amazing actor that words just cant describe him. Not only is he attractive, but he puts emotion into his work. I absolutely loved this movie because Drew is the star and he is a super outgoing character and should be in many many more amazing movies just like this one. Drew is the best actor ever.
