Senteur As somebody who had not heard any of this before, it became a curious phenomenon to sit and watch a film and slowly have the realities begin to click into place.
Kaydan Christian A terrific literary drama and character piece that shows how the process of creating art can be seen differently by those doing it and those looking at it from the outside.
Cristal The movie really just wants to entertain people.
jacobjohntaylor1 It true that the first movie of Creep show is better. Creep show 2 is also better. But come on. Who keeps giving it a 1. Come on is not that bad. 3 is underrating it to. I give that movie 5 out 10. It is a lot better the The silence of the lambs. This very scary. It has some good story lines. It has great acting. It also has great special effects. Call girl would be the best story in the movie. The second best story would the haunted hot dog. The third best story would be the Radio. the fourth best story is Alice. The fifth best story is The professors wife. This a very scary movie. If you like scary stories you will like this movie. This is one of the scariest movies from the last decade.
Toronto85 This is easily one of the worst movies I've ever seen to this point in my life. It isn't scary, it isn't funny, it isn't even trying to be good. It is an annoying film and to use the Creepshow name should insult fans of the original films. But anyways, here are the stories:Alice - Every time a man uses a new remote control, his daughter Alice turns into some slimy, pimply, oozing mess. Eventually she becomes a rabbit. Makes absolutely no sense and is horribly put together. The Radio - A man buys a radio from a homeless guy and starts to hear voices coming from it telling it to steal some money and kill anyone who threatens him. Better than 'Alice', but drags on way too much.Call Girl - A prostitute/serial killer gets more than she bargained for when she gets set to claim her next victim. This might be the best of the whole bunch, interesting twist. The Professor's Wife - Two former students murder the professor's fiancé thinking she is a robot. Silly and pointless, but is better than the first two.Haunted Dog - Some rude doctor gives a homeless man a hotdog that he picked off the ground. The homeless man chokes on it (I think) and dies. He then haunts the doctor until he dies. I got a few laughs from the miserable doctor played by Kris Allen, best actor in Creepshow III. Nothing special though. And that's it. Pretty bad movie overall. What annoys me is that throughout each story when something strange or illogical happens, the characters don't react. For example when the radio starts speaking to the character, he sort of shrugs it off and starts speaking back to it like it's something normal. None of the stories make a lot of sense, and add nothing to this nothing of a horror movie.2/10
SteveResin The original Creepshow, way back in the early 80s, was a masterful film full of horror, gore, humour & general all-round fun. It featured some talented, big name actors like Ted Danson, Lesley Nielsen, Adrian Barbeau, Ed Harris & E. G. Marshall. The film was directed by the master himself, George Romero and written by none other than Stephen King. It did a wonderful job of bringing horror comic books to life and has become a cult classic. The second installment was a ropier affair, it seemed rushed and under-budgeted yet still included a few good stories and some quality actors like Dorothy Lamour & George Kennedy. Suddenly and almost out of the blue came the much anticipated Creepshow III and everything, and I mean everything that made the first two films watchable are missing. The stories are uninspired and dull, the humour is asinine, the direction is so poor it's a wonder to behold and the actors are people you haven't seen before and don't particularly wish to see again. The fact that most of them who took leading roles haven't worked in film since says a lot about the 'quality' on offer here. Even the music is loathsome, the producers deciding to avoid any kind of horror score and instead going for the most awful third rate 'jazz' muzak you can imagine. It hurts the ears just making it through this wreck. I rated it a 3 star affair for the car crash factor alone, it's so bad you really can't pull yourself away from it. Ultimately though you won't ever want to see it again.
AlphaV37 Come on.. this was not that bad. Was it creepshow 1.. no.. But it was not as bad as creepshow 2.. This creepshow is more like well something that you would see on TV but not good enough for the theater but it was OK. It kept my interest although i can say it was not "GREAT". I think the people who say its this bad were expecting something like creepshow 1.. Sorry folks looks like we wont be seeing something like that again anytime soon. Its OK not something I would rent but if you see it on TV its OK. SO if you have nothing to do or just see it on TV give it a try but other than that. thats about all I can say.
