Synopsis

After finding an ad online for “video work,” Sara, a video artist whose primary focus is creating intimacy with lonely men, thinks she may have found the subject of her dreams. She drives to a remote house in the forest and meets a man claiming to be a serial killer. Unable to resist the chance to create a truly shocking piece of art, she agrees to spend the day with him. However, as the day goes on, she discovers she may have dug herself into a hole from which she can’t escape.

Reviews

Steineded How sad is this?
Matrixiole Simple and well acted, it has tension enough to knot the stomach.
Nayan Gough A great movie, one of the best of this year. There was a bit of confusion at one point in the plot, but nothing serious.
Allison Davies The film never slows down or bores, plunging from one harrowing sequence to the next.
shikhar-saumya Sometimes I felt bored....but I liked the first one before than this offering
Screaming_egg Slow pace, skip to last 5 minutes & you've seen it all
Leofwine_draca CREEP 2 is a lacklustre follow-up to a film which really didn't require a sequel at all, being as self-contained as it was. This is another found footage two-hander about a woman who answers a job advert and comes to work for an exceptionally creepy guy. Given that we now know about the villain there's no need for a twist ending, so violence takes place earlier. However, this is mainly reliant on jump scares and the like which feels very predictable, and more wolf mask antics just feel predictable by now. The twist ending barely raises an eyebrow.
Doug Burr I actually disagree with some of the other reviews. I liked this second film more than the first. The scares might be fewer and further between, but, they run a lot deeper. The two main characters compliment each other very well. There is also some great comedy moments in this and they were able to make it fit in with the rest of the film. If you liked the first, you will probably like this one too.
