The Worst Film Ever
Lucia Ayala
It's simply great fun, a winsome film and an occasionally over-the-top luxury fantasy that never flags.

This film is the biggest waste of time, I can't believe I wasted 2 hours of my life, 2 hours that'll I'll never be able to get back. Gutted. It was just shown on TV so at least I didn't waste any cash too.People have said it has a good sound track and utilises the 50's era fashion, but in my opinion, I think the soundtrack sounds like a cheesy 80's rock compilation and the fashion needs some sense. The overall plot is predictable, if you want to watch a good girl/bad girl format, stick to Cruel Intentions which does have an amazing soundtrack and one even the lads will want to see. The ending has been left open for a sequel, but, as far as I know, there isn't one. Thank God.The only thing this film is good for is if you've got a couple of hours to spare and you haven't got anything better to do, such as watching paint dry.

One night me and Jud had nothing better to do then drink and six pack and rent a movie (apologies to those Hardcore sXr edgers who think I am a loser for that). Being intelligent young lads we perused the store for an intelligent film which would arouse intellectual discourse. You know, something like waking life...instead we saw this and acknowledged that Alyssa Milano's cleavage looked pretty good. I always had a crush on her. Anyhow, this movie was completely satisfying. Sure it was retarded, but if you possibly purchase this expecting a good movie I think you should blame your own poor judgement. This movie featured numerous scenes with Alyssa Milano looking hot and Jamie Luner did not look bad either. I also like the 1950s private college/beach party setting. What a nice retro touch! Finally the climactic end scene could not be denied, I will not reveal it, I will only say that it was worth the wait.8/1o

Look at the 4.2 rating and that tells you a lot about this film. For those that put comments here including the words "hot", "steamy", "Intriguing", or "perfect" need to watch a few more movies or they are just too generous. While Jamie Luner and Alyssa Milano are both beautiful and do a fine job of working with what they have, the script is a montage of cliche.
1) Spoiled rich girl, hates everyone, does evil to all who won't kneel before her. 2) Good girl in love, hides family shame, doubts boyfriend, forgives and love triumphs 3) Girl gets pregnant, boyfriend leaves her to deal with the shame and problems, boy returns to "do the right thing".and last: 4) Audience, desperately pressing "FF" button on remote trying to find a partially nude scene or the relief of rolling credits signifying the end to this terrible waste of film.

I liked this movie although it could have been better. It was supposed to be about back stabbing and all that. From what I saw the girl was not very good at it none of her plans really fooled anyone for more then about 10 minutes? Everyone was on to her from the start for it to be someone that is really good at betrayal. They should be able to get away with it until they make some mistake she made mistakes all the way through the movie?
