The plot isn't so bad, but the pace of storytelling is too slow which makes people bored. Certain moments are so obvious and unnecessary for the main plot. I would've fast-forwarded those moments if it was an online streaming. The ending looks like implying a sequel, not sure if this movie will get one

Starts off with some really good camera work of the 1860's. The first season of , the Netflix series based Tales from the Dark , was a winner so I was out to watch this movie when I heard it went to Hulu. After a promising start, it traded scares and mystery for a lot of original premise gory scenes. By the end it was hard to care who the killer was. When it was finally over, the main feeling was one a relief but it tricks you at the end. The guardians are all trying to save this girls and only have 6 minutes. Making horror movies these days is not is especially for dying fans of horror like myself. So what I look for is something that is different. ^ minutes of death id different. If you can see past some bad sound qualities the movie is worth the watch. Peace out!@

So far, this movie is a stylish introduction of how film makers can be creative on a low budget. The looks of this movie give reason to bet it will throw a lot more in this new film era, and to hope for some other film makers to protest heavy ticket cost at theaters. When something tries to shock me consistently , I'm pretty much never shocked by anything, or scared by anything but this movie gave me the creeps. I'm usually just exhausted at the usual scenery in most horror films, stealing focus every time with the same shocks and been there done that, and I don't mean that as a negative. Put low budget creative and this is what gets you close to the terror.

6 MINUTES is a film that transcends its genre, leaves itself open to interpretation and deep analysis from both film historians and the viewing public who love syfy thrillers, and is a cinematic winner; "6 minutes of death" is the seminal best. Based upon the visions of a director who doest use scripts..It has its share of horror movie flaws, including fade cuts and extra cheesy acting, but 6 minutes is a lot of fun, atmospheric and suspenseful., and the director uses simple horror scenes and nothing over the top to scare . Just be prepared for a major let- down ending. Some may not like that the movie deviates but 6 minutes stands on its own as a definitive good horror film . Joe Ciminera gives his signature cinematic vision with mind- blowing cinematography and a dream-like atmosphere. All on a 5k budget-go figure Hollywood…..

Haunting, sorrowful and at times eerie. Above all, 6 minutes is a remarkably mature and thought-provoking look at the mysterious nature of death and the complexity of the grieving process and after life. A flawed, but still bracingly horrific film of ideas, one that maintains with substantial impact. Though the director Joe Ciminera is known for producing some of the top cooking shows on TV he is quickly making himself known for horror. The acting here isn't the greatest but I get it. Period pieces made on a 5k budget won't produce the best costumes but they get their point across. 6 minutes of death is a very good horror film and believe it or not somebody can make a good horror film out of a5k budget. Some actors do a great job with this film and manages to bring across the creepy story pretty well. Most people may avoid this, but they should check it out. This film is surprisingly good if you stick through it 15 min in Gailey
