ginaguia At first I was hesitant to watch another zombie show since I am already addicted TWD, and I am not a fan of zombie shows. I just like the stories and characters. I was hooked on Z Nation at the start. I cared about the characters. I was sad when my favorite ones died. I binged on the 3 seasons in 3 days! I don't work right now so I can afford the time. Yes, at times it was cheesy and unrealistic plot, but I understand that it is meant to be so I go along with it. Some comments here state the actors are B quality, but I am extremely critical about quality of acting and casting. I wouldn't have binged on this show if the actors sucked---they are not. Warren, Murphy, Addy, Doc, 10k and others portrayed their characters at best. Not once I noticed any terrible acting. In comparison to Fear the Walking Dead, Z Nation beats the show! In comparison to TWD, you can't. Two different style of shows. I have studied acting and film production, and I give this show thumbs up! Now I need to watch season 4, but I am glad to take a break because I gotta get back to reality.

Really Poor acting except for Murphy - only guy who did justice with his role. 2. Low grade VFX & special effects. 3. Falls flat while trying to bring in twists/suspense. 4. Falls flat while bringing in emotions. 5. Feels like problems are being forced deliberately to prolong the series. 6. One episode with continuous dreams to addy and her bf is extremely irritating and dumb - man, i just cant forget the headache i got after that episode. So keep ur brains and emotions aside while watching this - 7 points only for entertainment factor.

directtoet Hello there, i'm writing this review in 2018. I watched all existing (at this time) 4 seasons and it's much much better than The Walking Dead at present time. Don't believe that Z Nation is a TWD mock. This is not!

bshaef Znation is very well written and the actors, especially Doc and Murphy, are great. My favorite alltime scene was when the cheese wheel of zombies came rolling through town. I think that was in season 3. It takes a really inventive mind to create something like that. I also like Murphy's relationship with Lucy and shed a tear when she kicked the bucket. You can always leave it up to Doc to drop a couple of bon mots in each show. I look forward to watching the show every week and have never missed a minute. I used to think TWD was a better show but no more. Znation is better because it runs the gamut of emotions from silliness to terror. Give the writers an A+ as well as the actors.
