This documentary walks you through how account executives come up with their creative ideas and teaches people that not all ideas are great but after hard work any idea can be the "right" one for their client. This has some suspense into it and keeps you guessing on which agency will win the account because both agencies are able to think outside the box but still be able to portray the client's brand in their ad. This film is a great idea to help people not in this field to understand what it's like working in this industry.
