Evengyny Thanks for the memories!
Mjeteconer Just perfect...
Ariella Broughton It is neither dumb nor smart enough to be fun, and spends way too much time with its boring human characters.
Lachlan Coulson This is a gorgeous movie made by a gorgeous spirit.
BrickNash This show was the best addition to the Terminator franchise since James Cameron's own Terminator 2. Set two years after the events of T2, it portrayed some absolutely gripping situations as Sarah and John are in hiding in preparation for Judgement day.Lena Heady is fantastic as Sarah Connor, and Thomas Dekker bears a striking resemblance to Edward Furlong which really adds some visual connective tissue to the proceedings. Even the "Teeninator" Cameron (Summer Glau), who I thought would be mega-annoying and drag everything down into Smallville pap territory is brilliant. The series make a great change in that not every Terminator looks like Arnie, which makes perfect sense, becasue it'd be a crap infiltration unit if they could be identified by facial features alone. The series did suffer from some very poor writing in Season 2, but I think Fox were far too fast to cancel it. It has other issues like some ropy VFX and some unexplained behavioural changes, but it's just a solid and well made show overall. It's sad that the show was perhaps made about ten years too early. If it had been a Netflix funded show made today then the advancements in TV VFX and a (probably) larger budget would have really beefed up the show's appeal. Having James Cameron himself as a producer would maybe have kept the writing in line too. The rights revert back to him next year so it's not too late ;)It's a crying shame that such a great show ended so early, but regardless, there's plenty here for any rabid Terminator fan to sink their teeth into - and it's FAR more appetising than any of the post James Cameron feature films.
deavcuz I enjoy this series even more than Terminator (1984, 1991, 2003,2009, 2015) and i watch it recently, it is really goo the story the characters every thing is perfect, it is a shame they didn't continue it. hope some day they did make the rest and "Will you join us?
cadavier81 I watch this series maybe once in a year and every time i must stay up late because i cant stop, I very much like Josh's writing, it is professional and same time creative, and the way how it continue from movies T1 & 2 time-line, this i really appreciate. And the actors..oh gosh, its perfect Kyle look alike from T1 , BAG's role as cold soldier its very plausible acting , even Shirley Manson does good job!And don't even have to mention Thomas, Summer and Lena..! great cast no doubt. I don't know if i am upset that it didn't continue to Season 3 , of course i got the feeling at the end of S2 that Friedman knew that it will end, dunno for sure but, got a feeling also that i want see something more but still it ended very epic.Kinda hard to say. But this series is one of the best and beats so many Sci-fi movies like 10-0.. Even if you don't like Sci- fi or not so fan of a terminator i am pretty sure you will watch this to the end and have chills still, and if you are terminator fan..yeah you think maybe same things with me. Afterall i am very impressed that when a smart , creative and genius mind put his passion on work, it will produce very awesome material, and i am happy that this piece of art was made.Okay To put review in a nutshell:Good-Friedman and his team made this series instant classic. -the cast was hit to the bull eye ,very good! -Action was close as good as in movies T1 and T2.Bad-Ended too soon?!?
Harun Karali Lena Headey stars in Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, And she does a spectacular job of portraying Sarah Conner. As our story kicks off with John starting a high school in hope of staying in one place, What John doesn't know is that there is a terminator in his school and it has only one objective; Terminate John Conner. Basically the story is identical to the movies, This doesn't come as a surprise, As J.Cameron is the writer/producer of the show, And he doesn't disappoint. What I enjoyed the most was the makeup designs in this show, As it was crucial that the metal alloyed in the terminators skin looked as realistic as possible, No doubt it was a difficult task to pull off, But the makeup designers really outdid themselves as the metal alloyed looked brilliant.Overall Score: 8,7
