Baseshment I like movies that are aware of what they are selling... without [any] greater aspirations than to make people laugh and that's it.
GarnettTeenage The film was still a fun one that will make you laugh and have you leaving the theater feeling like you just stole something valuable and got away with it.
Hayden Kane There is, somehow, an interesting story here, as well as some good acting. There are also some good scenes
Rosie Searle It's the kind of movie you'll want to see a second time with someone who hasn't seen it yet, to remember what it was like to watch it for the first time.
TheSausageKingOfChicago So Graham Norton is the most funnest talk show ive seen. I just started watching it on BBC America and its the best!! The stand up Sit Down is so dammn funny. Graham interacts more with the people then with the stars that come on his show which i love, other shows love to gives like 1hr to celebs and we have to listen to them talk about how crappy there life is and how much money they make..which isnt the case when it comes to so graham norton. and we lve betty too!!! they get away with saying things you could never hear on late night in america. 10 out of 10!!!
MySilentReverie Oh my goodness...if only American tv was like this. I just recently started watching this show and I must say that Graham Norton is one of the funniest people I have ever seen. If only Jay Leno or David Letterman could be that funny. I hope this show stays on bbc america for a long long time. I'm quite crude but absolutely hilarious.
Rod-60 The English prove once again that in the realm of unique, off the wall and generally side splitting comedy, they have no peer.Eschewing tried (and tired) talk show formats in the Johnnny Carson, Letterman Leno, et al vein, openly out Graham Norton opts for and delivers a screaming cocktail of chat, audience involvement, ritual Internet and live phone humiliation that appeared (at least to this viewer) to be both spontaneous and hilarious. He is a natural wit, very quick and sharp, and engages his guests AND and his audience in an atmosphere of mutual fun and outrageous merriment. Be warned -the show is not for the prudish or the faint hearted, but if like me, you love comedy that is dirty, somewhat vulgar and funny in an 'oh my god - I can't believe they got away with that on TV' sort of way, you will love this show.It also strikes you that the US guests on the show loved the irreverence of it all as well - as acts, words and things are said and done on the show that would NEVER be contemplated, much less attempted on the moral majority influenced and highly conservative US networks!Highly recommended!!
DWaterson Graham Norton, the not-very-famous (yet) camp, gay, actor/interviewer presents his own chat-show in his inimitable style. Recently he has interviewed top stars such as Ursula Andress, Grace Jones, Billy Zane, and, most famous of all, Joan Collins, who have all taken the saucy style of interview (with slots such as "Celebrity Swearing" and "Audience Confessions") in their stride, with only slightly red faces. The most famous of the segments on the show is the "phoning up" part, where Graham has celebrity interviewees phone porn/chat lines or pizza takeaways, encouraging them to ask the unsuspecting person on the other end of the line as rude questions as possible. The most successful of these has been the "Miles O'Keeffe" ritual humiliation, which has now become a regular slot each week on the show. Graham now insists on telephoning, live, "Tarzan, the Ape-Man" actor (with Bo Derek) every week! Have fun, and don't be too offended!
