nepreneaux This is stupid. From the Caddillac looking vehicles to the girl flying around the room in a rolling chair talking 90 to nothing into the air. Upside down sergeant stripes to a sergeant being in this kind of control, this is so Canada. Whose SWAT teams just drive around waiting for crisis to happen? That irritating talking into headsets to the guy in the front seat. If you look at the ratings only the Canadian people like this, I guess because it is so liberal. I also really hate when they try to make a girl tough and beating down men when even the dumbest of people know that a male is just physically stronger than a woman, especially a petite little girl dressed like a man. I have so much more disdain and comments for this but I feel I must hurl right now...

MarjanovicFamily This TV show is made very realistic from point of view or a regular person. Acting is very good, there is action, drama, some kind of mystery (starting of episode show you just small moment whats going on). Most of actors are new to me but i seen some old faces as well. Episodes are mostly story for themselves but also they are connected by team itself. For all fans of special units and action TV shows i recommend you to watch this. Idea of showing life of person on other side on sniper and how that person live after he pull a tiger is brilliant. In most movies/TV shows we see people shot like its something normal without consequences but here you can actually live life of first team and see how they live after killing someone no meter is it bad or good person. How hard is to be First team and what glory and what curse it bring with it.

raziel871 We are only two episodes in so far & already this series stands out from the crowd. Erase every preconceived idea you may have & just ... watch.The first episode could quite easily have been a Denzel Washington movie, the hostage taker is a bully so you kinda want him taken down but to the team it really is the last resort - the FLASHPOINT of a situation.Episode two .. my goodness what writing!!Special mention so far to Amy Jo Johhnson (Kimberly from the original Power rangers)as a female sniper.

zacharia94 I found this show to be a good mix of action and personal drama. The first episode shows there may be possible legal & moral consequences to a police sniper kill in addition to the usual congratulations from the team. The professional critics all seem to judge this show more on how it's not up to today's action standards (as they in the USA see them) rather than on how it might actually be entertaining. Perhaps the critics (or the networks) don't want to admit that a Canadian show with Canadian sensibilities could actually work here for fear of more imports to come. Too bad!!Since CBS decided to cancel Jericho last spring I didn't think there was anything good to watch until "Flashpoint". Great show so please don't cancel this one.
