Synopsis

The two Warner Brothers Yakko and Wakko and their Warner sister Dot had been (supposedly) created in the 1930's, but their cartoons were too screwy for the general public to handle. The three Warners were locked up in the studio water tower until they escaped in the 90's. There, they run wild, causing chaos everywhere!

Stellead Don't listen to the Hype. It's awful
ChicRawIdol A brilliant film that helped define a genre
Murphy Howard I enjoyed watching this film and would recommend other to give it a try , (as I am) but this movie, although enjoyable to watch due to the better than average acting fails to add anything new to its storyline that is all too familiar to these types of movies.
Mathilde the Guild Although I seem to have had higher expectations than I thought, the movie is super entertaining.
timcurcio-90786 What a fun show! Yacko, Wacko and Dock are off the hook funny and truly zany to the max! This show is lit even to this day and as a viewer in these troubled times it is good to find myself smiling and rubbing my belly with a big belly laugh!!!!! What good old fashioned yukks, not like the "political" humor of Daily Show et all. Wicked themes have their place but not in a funny cartoon! And there's even some heart-felt segments like the ones with the candle or that sweet gold wrapping paper that have no jokes at all. Thanks Stephan Spielberg for making such an evergreen humor gem. Spoiler alert: you'll laugh your sokks off!Hello, nurse!!!!Tim C.
insomniac_rod "Animaniacs" is a prime example of how a cartoon can be a roller coaster ride when you mix crazy characters, weird but funny situations, and clever and witty jokes. This is "Animaniacs"; a cult classic cartoon from the 90's.The situations, jokes, and even dialogs paved the road for a new kind of cartoon humor later consolidated by "Pink and The Brain".Thanks to this show we have the famous "hellooooooo nuuuuuuurse" line that is part of my childhood now.Give this show to this irreverent show that will crack many laughs from you. Really, a funny show suit for all ages.
MartinHafer "Animaniacs" was one of the best children's shows on TV in the 1990s due to its exceptionally intelligent writing. It was one of those wonderful kids shows that was so clever than it could actually be enjoyed by children and their parents alike. As my daughters were growing, it's not surprising I got hooked on the show myself. The format of the show was almost like "The Carol Burnett Show"--the three Animaniacs (Wakko, Yakko and Dot) usually introduced the show and then an ensemble cast of characters were shown in a variety of skits. Some of the best of the characters were Pinky and the Brain (so successful that they had their own spin off series), Slappy Squirrel, Katie Kaboom (rarely seen but memorable), Chicken Boo, Mime Time, the kid who talks about Randy Beamon and others. A few of the characters were good but only in small doses, such as the Good Feathers. And, a few were just awful and their inclusion really slowed down the show, such as those dreadful Hippos and the god-awful singing cat and her friend the stupid dog (ugghh!!). My kids truly hated this cat and dog and I have no idea who the intended audience was, as the operatic stylings of Burnadette Peters seemed really out of place in the show.Still, despite a few dud characters, the show was funny and fresh. Do yourself a favor and pick up one of the show's DVDs--unless you have no sense of humor, you'll love it.
Catherine_Grace_Zeh I used to watch this show when I was growing up. When I think about it, I remember it very well. If you ask me, it was a good show. Two things I remember very well are the opening sequence and theme song. In addition to that, everyone was ideally cast. The writing was also very strong. The performances were top-grade, too. I hope some network brings it back so I can see every episode. Before I wrap this up, I'd like to say that I'll always remember this show in my memory forever, even though I haven't seen every episode. Now, in conclusion, if some network ever brings it back, I hope that you catch it one day before it goes off the air for good.
