emamzadeh-83848 Enough and decent is the best way to describe this movie. though i expected a bit more, i can't exactly call it a disappointment. a bit boring, sometimes nonsense but ultimately enough. Claire Foy is great though i didn't know her i didn't expect much, but man she got talents. I'm gonna start watching The Crown because of her. the procedure of Sawyer Valentini (main character) is well done (though it could've been better). recommending Unsane is a bit hard, it completely depend on your tastes

wjw-95700 Please just dont.I work in this field and was greatly (greatly!) disappointed in the accuracy of this film, I counted 10+ disparities in the movie before I stopped caring.I also dont like horror movies but figured I'd give it a shot! Not at all scaring!! (which was great for me because I got to watch it all, but this is not a scary movie)The acting is laughable at points, the entire first 30 minutes were super uncomfortable to watch and caused me to check my emails twice.The plot is super spotty and unbelievable.The only upside to this movie is that it can say it was filmed on an iPhone, and thats it. I didnt notice it was filmed on an iPhone which bravo to the film crew, but its worthless when it comes to producing a good movie

SlyGuy21 There are parts of this that are really good, and the cinematography is unique, but the biggest thing it suffers from is it's annoyance. While it does have a conspiracy angle, and a stalking angle, neither really carry the movie. What would've been interesting is if Foy was actually losing her mind, but she isn't. She thinks she's being stalked the whole movie, and there are some things that say she's just crazy, but it turns out that she's actually being stalked. A twist would've worked really well here, I think. Also, the conspiracy angle works a little bit, but the movie never explores it fully, it's like the movie doesn't know what it wants to be. The stalker angle eventually wears on you, with the guy being more of an annoyance than anything. There are even a couple of moments in the movie where she could've exposed him, like showing the picture of the dead black dude on her phone, but she doesn't because the plot demands she stay there. She also ends up killing him, but she had several opportunities to do that also. The movie just revolves around set back after set back, and while the premise is interesting, the cinematography is interesting, and it's acted well, it feels incomplete. I can respect Soderbergh's direction though, and don't think this is a bad movie. I just think it could've been executed better.

moparsonly This movie is as far from reality as possible. I've been committed and, I've committed myself. The whole process before she is committed is noway real. Before signing any document they have to explain what they are. In the sleeping area men and, women together not happening. It's like the director didn't even do any research. He just went with what he thought it would be. Another epic fail is having the door locked when the patient's are sleeping why? because it's a fire hazard. You also don't just sit around all day. there are groups on how to cope with issues. Two more thing you bring up lawyer they will escort you out themselves. The other one that will get you out fast is calling your insurance company and tell them to stop paying for your visit. Yes they are businesses and, I've been in some real crappy places but, there are some good ones. This movie would have been better if they had taken the time to be based in reality then some 1920's nuthouse fantasy. That's right I almost forgot about the basement where solitary confinement is. I mean really, wow is all I can say.
