Synopsis

A documentary about the purchase of the town of Cheshire, Ohio by AEP for $20 million dollars. The town is located in the shadow of a large AEP coal burning power plant. Bluebell Alcock Ok... Let's be honest. It cannot be the best movie but is quite enjoyable. The movie has the potential to develop a great plot for future movies
