lisafordeay Sofia The First The Curse Of princess Ivy is about Sofia the princess who wears this amulet that makes her have the ability to summon any princess she wants as well as talking to the animals. Of course her sister Amber takes the amulet off her while she is asleep and summons an evil Princess named Ivy who wants to take over the kingdom.But Amber ends up getting a curse as she can't summon Ivy back to her own world. So its up to Sofia to end the curse that Amber has by going to the dragon's lair where Ivy wants a dragon to melt the amulet. Later we meet Rapunzel(voiced by the original voice over Mandy Moore as Tangled by the way happens to be my favourite movie of all time)who helps Amber and Sofia as she was summoned by Sofia's amulet which she ends up getting back from Amber.So will Sofia break the curse and send Ivy back to where she came from? Overall I enjoyed this show as it had my favourite princess in it but it had three things that bothered me about Rapunzel in this show.1. Why has she long hair and its Blonde,my guess is that this is her signature hair look and kids know her more as a blonde than as a brunette with her short spiky dark hairdo.2. IS that really Mandy Moore singing Dare To Risk It All cause it sounded nothing like her. As I know what Moore sounds like as I knew her from her singing career back in 1999 15 years ago when I saw her on TV performing her songs like Candy and even in the original Tangled movie her voice sounded the exact same as her mature sound voice now.3. Rapunzel doesn't wear shoes,she's barefoot.Overall though it was nice to see Mandy Moore reprising her role as Rapunzel and im glad that Tangled is still a hit with people.7.4/10
