Acensbart Excellent but underrated film
Taraparain Tells a fascinating and unsettling true story, and does so well, without pretending to have all the answers.
StyleSk8r At first rather annoying in its heavy emphasis on reenactments, this movie ultimately proves fascinating, simply because the complicated, highly dramatic tale it tells still almost defies belief.
Zlatica One of the worst ways to make a cult movie is to set out to make a cult movie.
medx-63275 My expectations for this film was not so high when i checked the ratings, however i enjoyed watching the movie ,its was good and better then the crap films of those days It's rather a mystery film with a little of suspense, and at times scenes don't really make sense, but they do as film moves on. The end of the films is spectacular ! its worth watching!
Floated2 Having not much knowledge based around this film and without watching any trailers before watching, perhaps made the experience better. Passengers ins't the typical mystery thriller and is added with a twist type ending- though there are clues along the way for those whom pay close attention. Although the film is quite decent at scenes, it doesn't drag on but still isn't too great. The ending elevates the film as it caught us off guard. Although these type of endings are always there for clues, Passenger did not seem to be one in which had that somewhat type of atmosphere.
gbkmmaurstad Claire (Anne Hathaway) is assigned to counsel five survivors of a commercial airliner crash. Eric (Patrick Wilson) is the most mysterious of all. Some of the survivors claim they heard an explosion, but the airlines representative says there was no such explosion. Eric wants nothing to do with the therapy group, but Claire pursues him to find out why. The why is a intriguing look into the survivors and those left behind. The big question is who are the survivors and who was left behind.
dal_asher I just caught this on a premium TV channel and I had never heard of it. I would have paid money to see it in a theater if I had. I thought it was interesting in a "Sixth Sense" kind of way and well acted. Anne Hathaway and Patrick Wilson had excellent chemistry. I don't want to give anything away but it was the story of a plane crash and some of the people on board. The story was well told and kept you wondering till the end. It was sad but it ended well. I enjoyed this movie very much! Too bad it didn't get wider distribution.
