Pluskylang Great Film overall
Bereamic Awesome Movie
Senteur As somebody who had not heard any of this before, it became a curious phenomenon to sit and watch a film and slowly have the realities begin to click into place.
Frances Chung Through painfully honest and emotional moments, the movie becomes irresistibly relatable
sscialli But it failed miserably with the crew not even sporting proper uniform, insignia, haircuts , protocol and mishmash of ridiculous situations. Do any of the seaman actual know how to handle a weapon? How did 3 detainees escape!? The shark probably got paid the best for his death scene as no one could shoot straight or hit people standing in the open with firearms! Or know how to call in for serious backup! This is the type of movie you root for the end to happen sooner , no no even sooner!
davidwagner-53466 I can't imagine anyone on this production thought they were involved in anything other than a "so bad it's good" unintentional laugh-fest. Madsen must have really needed the paycheck. How this script got green-lit, I have no clue. Whoever the 11-year-old child was that wrote the script should stick to playing Pokemon GO and leave the writing to the grown-ups. I'd love to know the budget on this one... I'd be amazed if it topped $1,000 US. And that's probably $500 bucks to Madsen, and the other $500 on craft services... it certainly wasn't spent on CGI...
rbardsley As a retired US Navy Submariner, this movie has more holes than Swiss cheese. That aside, it's better than a majority of the movies on SyFy Channel. Kudos for actually using a real Sub Control Room, but in a "Bell"?? I'm available to advise your next Navy movie.
mlabarge I have seen some really bad and stupid movies in my life but this one is right there with "Force 9 from outer space". There is absolutely nothing positive I can say about the two hours of my life I wasted watching this farce.
