TrueHello Fun premise, good actors, bad writing. This film seemed to have potential at the beginning but it quickly devolves into a trite action film. Ultimately it's very boring.
Jenna Walter The film may be flawed, but its message is not.
Roman Sampson One of the most extraordinary films you will see this year. Take that as you want.
Prismark10 Jack-Jack Attack is a DVD short written and directed by Brad Bird who made The Incredibles. It neatly ties into The Incredibles by filling in a gap of the movie between the arrival of the babysitter, the villain getting hold of the baby and Jack-Jack coming to the rescue. The film is more about Kari the babysitter who has no idea of the powers the baby has, then again Jack-Jack parents thought he had no superpowers. When Kari subjects Jack-Jack Parr to some 'neurological stimulation' Jack Jack exhibits all manner of superpowers including bursting into flames.A nice enough short for fans of the movie and younger viewers will love it.
WakenPayne My father is a HUGE Pixar fan. Today I got bored and watched whatever the hell he was watching, which was a collection of Pixar short movies. Out of all of them (I do mean all of the shorts) this one is my favourite. The plot is good. Which is that Kari is babysitting Jack-Jack and in the process he discovers his powers of teleportation, levitation, sticking to ceilings, phasing through solid objects, combustion and laser eyes which happens in the process of Kari playing the kid Mozart. This is a very entertaining watch. If you don't like it then it's only 5 minutes long. So watch it if you want to see a combusting baby.
Jemma Wibaux Pixar have created a short film called Jack Jack attack, this is a follow up of the 2004 movie 'The Incredibles'. It is about an unfortunate babysitter, Kari, who is hired to care for a child that has no super-powers unlike his parents and his other siblings. Kari is left at the mercy of the child when she discovers the truth, Jack Jack can teleport, float, go through walls and shoot laser beams from his eyes, but best of all, he can turn into flames. The Short had great animation and was well constructed. I think all kids would love to watch this film as well as the original Incredibles. Even though this short was not included into the original film, there was a scene where Helen (jack jacks Mother) got hold of the messages that Kari left. This film is very entertaining because it gives more of an understanding of what really happened when the Parr family was off saving the world. The creators have done a great job in the humor that they added into both the film and the short, this humor works well when it comes to the characters and how they are portrayed whilst they are fighting evil super villains.~J~
Joseph Fumera 'Jack-Jack Attack' takes the cliché baby-sitter at the mercy of the baby scenario to a whole new level. This entertaining little extra from the movie 'The Incredibles' revolves around Kari, an overly-confident and enthusiastic babysitter who believes she is caring for your everyday infant but instead ends up defending herself from the wrath of the supposed 'powerless' Jack-Jack. Young or old you are guaranteed to enjoy this comedic short from the famous Disney Pixar.Containing everything that you would expect from a Walt Disney Pixar animation, 'Jack-Jack Attack' will keep you glued to the screen until the very end. The animations 'in Jack-Jack Attack' are a good example of Pixar's animating skills, high-quality, fast, clear and appealing to everyone's eyes. Everything was animated perfectly and Pixar has done amazing work with the lighting to make the important parts stand out more. The voice actors have also done an amazing job voice acting their characters. The second I heard Kari's (Bret 'Brook' Parker) voice I could tell almost immediately what type of character she was. Although this clip is just a take out from the movie 'The Incredibles' itself, you can quickly understand the situation without watching the movie and it gives absolutely no information about the plot of the movie.'Jack-Jack Attack' is just what you would expect from the famous Disney Pixar. A perfectly thought out scenario combined with high-quality animations and masterful voice acting puts 'Jack-Jack Attack' as one of the best animated shorts from Pixar. Watching this comedic short definitely makes me want to watch 'The Incredibles' all over again. Another great animation from Walt Disney Pixar.
