AniInterview Sorry, this movie sucks
ShangLuda Admirable film.
Mandeep Tyson The acting in this movie is really good.
Freeman This film is so real. It treats its characters with so much care and sensitivity.
twbond-00867 Christopher Nolan does it once again! Easily one of the most thoughtful, muchly-anticipated set pieces of art on screen. Hands down one of the best films I've ever seen, and a favourite without question.Leonardo DiCaprio is astonishing and fantastic with the complexity of its movie synopsis, the rest of the cast; Ken Watanbe, Michael Caine, and the other members of DiCaprio's crew pull off a spectacular role to play. It brings confusion and excitement at the same time, from close-quarter action, to time simply running out, from heist-to-heist and a powerful ending involving DiCaprio's true parentage, this movie never fails to give the audience something so spectacular. From a dream to car chases, to a simple heist, the action never stops! DiCaprio simply brings fatherhood to a complicated story, where a lover becomes an enemy, it does not just stop there.Visually stunning, and an incredible job by one of the most spontaneous and viscerally-entertaining directors in our generous, it would be a crime to miss this movie! Watch this movie, it'll confuse you, it'll make you figure out what is happening. Inception... is worth every second!
jeroen-106 First of all, why didn't DiCaprio asked Alfred the butler to fly in his kids to meet him, if he isn't allowed to enter the United States? Money doesn't seem to be the problem here. This is a big plot hole that makes his entire quest unneccesssry. Just live somewhere else together! The biggest problem I have with this movie is that it isn't 'intelligent' at all. It's a novel idea, yes, but the execution isn't that intelligent. Basically we are told many rules (the bath tub, the architect, dream in dream time, the token, and much more) but it all ends up being an ordinary action flick with cheap chases, e.g ski scene, shooting bad guys chasing in the city, floating people fighting each other, and so forth. Nothing really interesting is done with architecting and manipulating environments in dreams, building 'mazes' and the actual 'incepting'. It's like introducing a 10-man band with cool musical instruments and amazing musicians, and then only stick to playing basic children songs. Nolan tends to forget the "show don't tell" rule, an issue also present in Interstellar.
thouse710 This is the best movie I have ever seen Leo continues to kill it in every movie he does.
olledaleskog Inception is about a group of criminals who uses dreams to implant an idea into someone, or steal it. Saito, the CEO of a major company, gives Cobb, the main character, a mission. The mission is to go into the son of the CEO of another big company, who's giving the company to him cause dying, and implant the idea of doing something different. This will make Saitos company the biggest in the world. But when Cobb enters the dreams, his consciousness follows with him. This movie isn't really about dreams, or the mission. The movie is about Cobb trying to escape his fears and his guilt. That when he accidentally implanted the idea of not being in reality into his wife, all of the guilt came with it. That's why his children keeps following him into the dreams, cause it his guilt following him everywhere. This movie has a lot of ideas, the totem, inception and the dream thing all together. All of them I found pretty interesting. Even though the acting was great and the script was great too, some of the acting and dialougue was not as good.
