Arianna Moses Let me be very fair here, this is not the best movie in my opinion. But, this movie is fun, it has purpose and is very enjoyable to watch.

cwippy72 Honestly this is 55 minutes of your life wasted. This short fan made film is at the bottom of my Halloween ranking list. I'd rather watch Friday the 13th part 5 more than this! This movie only doesn't have Dr. Loomis in it or no "hero" to route for, but also has no exact reason for Michael Myers to even BE in Haddenfield. All in all, that movie deserves a 28/100.

Eric Foster Although not a big Hollywood production this cast and crew get it right! After the horrible Halloween(8)-Resurrection all but destroyed a once mighty franchise, the team behind "Resurgence" managed to pick the pieces up and bring us a franchise worthy story complete with scares, a tiny touch of humor and a haunting score. Don't go in expecting a big blow out production, remember to keep in mind that this IS a "FAN FILM" made by some die hard fans FOR us other die-hard followers of Michael Myers. Kudos go out across the entire production cast and crew with a special "two thumbs up" to writer, director and countless other credits on the film, Darren Jones for masterminding the project and not to mention an awesome "Halloween" score for the film. LOVED IT!!! Hope to hear MUCH more from you Mr. Jones!
