UnowPriceless hyped garbage
CommentsXp Best movie ever!
Odelecol Pretty good movie overall. First half was nothing special but it got better as it went along.
Allison Davies The film never slows down or bores, plunging from one harrowing sequence to the next.
jeffwood-57672 The traditional animation attempting to mesh with the very bad CGI is simply terrible to watch. It honestly looks like 80s-90s direct to TV... AT BEST...
Rami Kenpachi Just ignore those negative posts, either those folks haven't even read the books or are hopeless in generally.I'm huge fan of series and enjoyed it a lot, luckily i don't put much weight on those negative "reviews".I liked small things what makers have added on movie and sure there was some corny stuff on it and some characters was just out of boxes but reason for that was probably that its only 90 mins long so just cant focus everyone.Give it a shot and you will enjoy it, hopefully we will see more of these since its huge universe! 7/10
benjmiles This cheaply drawn, badly scripted and poorly acted animated version of Dragons of Autumn Twilight should never be viewed by anyone who has read the books. It is utterly awful. The animation is so bad it reminds me of the cartoons I watched as a kid in the 1980's; with nowhere near enough cels being used so the movements of the characters are jerky and there are clearly very jumpy moments during many of the scenes. The voice actors did try, some of them way too much, to compensate for the badly penned script but in the end it's still just cringe-worthy for most of the animation. I cannot call it a movie as that would be to give it more praise than it deserves. As previous comments have stated, if you can't do a decent job - don't do it at all! If only Peter Jackson would take up the gauntlet and give us three glorious films everyone could be proud of. Then go on to make the Time of the Twins too. That should keep him busy for the next 20 years. In conclusion - don't watch it if you are, or are not, a fan of Dragonlance, because either way you will be left thinking 'what a steaming pile of dragon dung this is'.
TheLittleSongbird I love the Dragonlance books, they are brilliantly written and exciting with strong characters and imagery. This movie doesn't deliver on any level, except for one. Kiefer Sutherland does an outstanding job with his voice work, other than that Dragonlance:Dragons of Autumn Twilight isn't worth it really. The animation is very outdated, the backgrounds and colours are very dull, the visual effects are too flashy and out-date the visual style more and all the characters look awkward especially in the facial expressions. The music is both generic and forgettable with no themes sticking out as such, the writing is cheesy and trite and the story is predictable, convoluted and very rushed through. None of the characters are believable or likable and look very uncomfortable especially in the unexciting action sequences, and the rest of the voice acting is bland. All in all, only worth seeing for Kiefer Sutherland, everything else stinks in my opinion. 2/10 Bethany Cox
